After what I ordered was no longer available they reccomended new chicken tenders then after getting to window advised me they are not ready and will be 10 minute wait . Waste of time

Should be a 0. As of right now, I still haven't received my food. I got the nuggets and a drink. People after me already all got their order. Been almost 40 minutes. I decided to cancel my order but the staff told me I have to call corporate. Called corporate and the lady was super nice. Everything was verified and got my refund processed.

The drive thru menu here is always broken and you can't order a Cinnabon coffee from the kiosks inside.
When I told the staff the drive thru menu was broken they said "Well other people are ordering..." I said probably from memory.
The screen is not showing menu items. No one cares and it's too hard to place an order here because nothing works. The staff don't care about the customers.
Use the kiosk because no one will take your order. Then they take forever and treat you like a second class citizen if you are not going through the drive-through.
It seems taco lazy employees can't open a store and hour after they they're supposed too open at 7am and employees barley making opening arrangements at 8:10 absolutely ridiculous management shoukd be fired because they can't run a store based of other reviews iv seen
