The Habit Burger Grill

I only come here when the in n out line is 3 miles long but it’s close by, there’s a fellow named Ariel who works here that has made me uncomfortable in the 5 minutes it takes to order food a couple times. The in n out line is worth the wait to avoid the weirdness. Will make it a Habit not to go back.

Worst service ever!

Food was good but asked for extra sauce when ordering. We were told it was extra when getting the order after payment.

Great Burgers! Staff told me it's the best in America (Google it). I got the double with BBQ sauce and Bacon. The onion rings were also some of the best I've ever had.
Ariel gave some of the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Will definitely be back!

I occasionally eat at the Habit Burger location Aliso Viejo, CA. I would like to mention Cindy one of the managers. She is polite, helpful and efficient. Her employees seem to like her. Habit Burger is lucky to have Cindy in their employ.

Dec 24 Christmas eve of all days at 11 am. I had habbit app coupon buy 1 side get 1 free. Mgr would not accept because system wasn’t taking even thou its on the app. He could of over rode as i work in retail and know its a option. He embarrasses me infront of my lunch friends. I will never give aliso location any of my business ever

order in doordash because it is faster, it is the slow service, they do not prepare the fast food. it is easier to go to the restaurant. delayed cooks, bad attention.

The habit is in the top tier of chain burger places. The food is consistent and I don't think I've had bad service ever. This location is no different. Today I had the chicken club and the fried green beans. The green beans are a staple of the habit and I get them almost every time. The food was cooked well and despite it being busy, it didn't take too long. I recommend this place to everyone

Parking: The shopping center is very busy and has a lot of different businesses but the parking lot is huge so there's always a spot not too far from the front.

I'm a regular customer of this location. I usually get take out once a week. Today there was a dead bug in my salad. Also, the leaves were slightly wilted and some brown. It wasn't the usual fresh salad I have come to rely on. Please bring back the old house salads that were fresh and had carrots.

Firstly, I’m giving a shout-out to the world of Habit. Nicole reminds me of the show Under Cover Boss, but she is too young right now.

Your food, particularly your burgers, fries and onion rings makes In-N-Out burgers look like reheated White Castles with mold.

Hi! I was hoping to see if a manager at the habit can help me with a refund? I went to dine in there today and the cashier was really helpful. Trying to tell the manager that the transaction went through but it wasn’t closing out or something. But the manager had me run my card again. Which I thought was weird and the cashier was trying to tell him that I didn’t need to do that. And now I have multiple charges on different cards for today. I just need help with a refund. Thank you!

The burger was perfectly cooked and flavorful, the milkshake was smooth and not overly sweet—just the right balance. The environment was spotless and welcoming, and the waiter was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I’d return to again and again!
