The last time we were in Which Wich on a Wednesday one employee told us they were out of the special $5 sandwich. So glad the other employee spoke up and told her he would make our sandwiches This business closes at 4 pm. We went at 3:30. We were told by the female employee we had to get our sandwiches to go. She wouldn't let us eat our sandwiches there. We were rushed out of the store.

My husband and I both loved the sandwiches. The staff was friendly and there are options for both vegan and meat eaters. Love that the sandwiches are toasted - yummy! Which Wich will now be our go-to place for sandwiches. Highly recommend.

They put a terrible hot dressing on my food and when I showed to them. They ignored and he said if you want you should buy another sandwich.That was terrible memory.

Fantastic meal, fantastic customer service. We dined in 30 minutes before close and he made our sandwhich with all the fixens! He had 5 other customers come in right after us and kept up with the tempo and did an outstanding job handling it all by himself right before close. I hope he is the manager or will become one. And he makes a killer milkshake!!

Just paid $20 for a 10 inch sub, fries and small drink. Very expensive and wasn't even that good. Definitely not coming back. Felt ripped off. Also the Mountain Dew was flat.

We had the worst take out sandwiches ever. We ordered three sandwiches and there wasn't enough meat in them to even taste the meat. One called for mustard and there was so much mustard you couldn't even see the meat. I wouldn't even give them a star but the manger handled herself well when my husband called to share our dislike....

Lots of things have changed here and sadly, not for the better. You no longer get to add all the extra stuff that you love onto your sandwiches. I used to love the pesto, mushrooms, sauerkraut, etc. not any more, they just put the basic stuff on your sandwich and that's it. The wicked which used to be loaded with meat and now you get practically no meat on your sandwich. I couldn't even find the bacon nor taste it on the last wicked order I ate. I know things are tough for everyone and it's hard to even find employees to work these small sandwich shops. Many of the locations have closed and I sadly don't see these lasting until the end of the year.

I have ordered here (Aliso viejo) numerous of times but this is the last. I am done waiting 40+ minutes for my order literally every time. Even when we have called ahead, they seem to be extremely slack and never have it ready. Worse than the DMV and it baffles me how slow it is.
