Alpine Taco Shop offers a mix of tasty and disappointing experiences. The Flying Saucer and tacos are amazing, while the rolled tacos are just okay. The signature burrito and California fries are great, and the orchata drink is a homemade-tasting treat. The outdoor garden area is beautiful and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. The inside of the shop, however, could use some updating, as it looks a little outdated. Food quality and portion sizes have been inconsistent, with some orders missed or incorrect, and at times the burrito has been underfilled or not as flavorful as expected. Customers appreciate that each meal is made to order and that the staff makes them feel welcomed. Overall, many still enjoy the place, especially since it’s been a favorite for years, but occasional off days can affect the experience.
