This is a store located in a casino, and it's not a roaster, but a place that uses Starbucks beans to extract and sell them using a fully automated machine.
The interior decoration is luxurious and stylish, so the atmosphere of drinking coffee is good, but what about the taste of coffee?
I drank the free coffee at the casino instead.
It's too ordinary to recommend the taste of coffee, and I don't really prefer coffee from a fully automated machine.
Because if I'm going to drink coffee that is made without understanding of coffee, I want to drink proper coffee even if I pay a little more.

Very Disappointing. No Housekeeping Service (scheduled every 3 days & will not come before that). There was hair in my shower, but in housekeeping's defense the shower is large but the water source is fixed to the wall so no way to clean the whole floor with water. On the shower, two heads but no way to shut off the other head to get pressure from the one on the wall. Shower is large but if water only in 1/2, so what's the point? The pool Bar was closed and no waitstaff at the pool. So if you want something you have to go to Starbucks/Coffeeshop and bring yourself. No ice water or anything available. & one other annoying thing, you stop at the desk for towels and then have to walk down the path to the pool to a gate where you need your key card, which is just annoying bc you are now carrying your stuff, your food/water from Starbucks & your towels. You have to put everything down to dig thru and find your key. Restaurants dismal, Two 24-hr places (one was closed), a noodle bar, 2 coffee shops and a steak house. The 24hr place was terrible, I ordered a salad I picked out a full plate of brown lettuce, the waitress told me the kitchen staff said it was bc the knife was reactive . . . wait what? The honey biscuits were dry. Would not recommend. The noodle bar was decent. Ended up eating salads from the coffee place most of the time we were here. Heard mixed review from other travelers in the hotel about the steakhouse, so we decided to go off property our last night. Oh and the spa is closed Tuesday / Wednesday - so don't plan on that amenity. I was not able to get an appt. As we came in Monday & left Thursday. Other updates: My friends kept getting the run around for things they needed for the room. It was kind crazy, at one point the expectation was my friends just sit in the room all day waiting for what they needed. Upsides: Staff Friendly. There is an outlet mall across the street with shops if you forget anything (and regular shops, not the high end madness in other casinos) as well as a couple of food places & a bowling alley. My friends loved the casino. I would not recommend this hotel.

My boyfriend (Marine Vet) and I been going to Viejas for 3 years now, and it's always been an excellent experience, except for my recent visit. We both own old creaky Jeeps (mine is a classic) and we have always had them parked with the Valet since we usually stay one or two nights at the Hotel. First time in three years, the Valet refused to park our vehicle stating that it was an "Open vehicle". Yes, it's a Jeep, it's always been open, and we have never had any issues until this past weekend so apparently they made up some ridiculous new rule, which forced us to find parking on the roof of the Hotels parking structure which is really ridiculous, considering what we paying Guests at the Hotel itself. I can understand if we weren't guests, but the parking attendant and the Manager treated us like 2nd class citizens, so not a fan of this new, idiotic rule. Our Jeeps have been broken into many times, and never at Viejas so not sure why this is now a new "thing" but it is California, so idiocy usually prevails before common sense. Otherwise, it was an uninventable trip, however now we will have to be driven to the Casino or rent a vehicle that the Parking Attendants find "suitable" to park in the Valet section.

We stayed in a suite inside the Willows hotel section. It was just beautiful. The bathroom is huge with great amenities. It is quiet and serene in Willows. You do have to walk a little bit further to get to the casino, but it is worth it.

Viejas is a great place to stay. Friendliest staff, clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Check in was a breeze. The casino staff is helpful, polite and happy. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I can't wait for my next visit.

Disappointing and very unhappy with this visit. We checked into our suite and settled in then ventured down to have dinner at The Cafe only to find it closed with a sign to to go Le Baron Bar and Grill. Waited 15 mins in line to be told 1 hour wait, Hotel staff should advise you when checking in as well as website should advise you of same. Suite is showing aging and not worth the $369 without the additional daily fees. Have stayed here before and most likely will not return.

Nice resort but the casino is very stingy with payouts. The restaurants are also seriously under-staffed. The cafe was less than 20% occupied and the wait list was 30-40 minutes. All seats at the bars have slots, so you can't sit and have a drink unless you play.

4:00pm room is ready… NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Other guests are sitting here with me waiting for the room that was paid for but cannot check in??!! Super confusing. Sycuan is way nicer anyways. Do not come to dilapidated Viejas!!!!!

I originally had a great stay at the Willows Hotel and Spa. The following morning at checkout I was hit by an extra charge that I was not responsible for. At first I was highly upset, but contained my anger and went through the proper channels and filed my complaint through their website. Within a couple of days, a manager named Clayton contacted me. Clayton was very patient, courteous, and professional and worked with me to have that fee removed. Thank you Clayton and Viejas for responding so quickly and taking care of that issue I had with your hotel. You will continue to receive my business.

If your wife is in a wheelchair and you don't stay with her continuously, Security will escort you out of the establishment and notify you never to return. Quick story. My wife likes Keno but I don't. She plays her machines and I play other machines and check in on her every now and again. This is unacceptable to management so they escorted us out like criminals. Please consider other Casinos in San Diego. Disabled discrimination should not be rewarded.

Horrible Customer Service trying to book my stay at their RV Resort. It was so bad that I didn't book my planned week stay there. Will be calling the RV Manager tomorrow named Junk to explain how lousy the attitudes and customer service were at the front customer service desk. I would not patron this place. I am also a VIP member of the casino and will be talking to the Casino G.M. Peter Cortese to let them know how their RV Resort treats their potential RV guests.
