Called on Valentines Day asking if they could make heart shaped pizzas and was told they could. I placed the order online with the request and then did not see it on my order. I called to request the heart shape and was then told they were not doing it because they were too busy, and our food was already made. That was the whole reason we ordered from them as we wanted to do something special for our kids. Really disappointed in being misled, if I had known that we would have ordered from somewhere else.

Well I won't order from here again, took over an hour for a delivery for one medium pizza... then it was undercooked and just dough with meat and unmelted cheese, for $30 that is a freaking scam. How do you cook a pizza for an hour and the cheese isn't even melted.

They give you curbside option on the app but they don't actually have any curbside spots but when I got there I checked in on the app and I also called as I have never been to this location before and the gentlemen that I spoke with was so friendly and told me he would be right out with my food (which he was) and then quickly explained how customers usually park for curbside and told me it was his pleasure to help. Very nice customer service!

What a rip off! Took over an hour for delivery and it was cold. The worst part was the total lack of ingredients. I have never had a pizza that came with fewer toppings.

It took them 4 months to turn into a crappy pizzeria. The quality of the food was amazing when it opened. It's terrible now. You're just eating dough. I wouldn't recommend this place. It needs new management or will shut down within a year.

The food here is hit or miss. Sometimes it is cooked perfectly (pizza, bread twists, bites) Other times the pizza is burnt and the twists and bites are flat and did not rise.
It's about 50/50 if you get something great or something gross.

Staff was rude. Everybody is really rude there. They messed my order up twice and then they were mad because they said they couldn't take my 50 when the bill was around $40. I don't see what the problem is. Those people need training in that restaurant probably won't be eating there again. Food wasn't even cooked all the way.
