Had a reservation but could not be seated 15 minutes early because they were "completely booked" although there were more empty tables than in-use tables. Our entre took more than 50 minutes to arrive and was kinda warm when we got it. The lobster mac and cheese a la carte side had no discernable lobster, making it just a pretty good creamy mac and cheese but definitely not worth what it cost. The red beet salad was so delicious it set the tone. The New York Steak was beyond tender and delicate. The filet mignon was a delicate piece cut. The mushrooms was an outstanding topping. Jade was such a beautiful host her friendly and welcoming was awesome. Ace, Gloria, Cynthia, Jennifer, Alex, and Jerome made the whole experience fill like family. Sarha was our server and she was amazing! Very attentive and friendly throughout the meal. I ordered the short rib special, which unfortunately wasn't very enjoyable and tasted like it may have been reheated. My mom ordered the filet mignon, and that was excellent, I tried a bite and it was delicious.
