okay so we got a pick up order from jersey mikes yesterday 65$ later and our number 13 giant was missing the avocado we paid for and the mustard and mayo the number 11 giant was missing mayo and mustard and our child only got the sub no mayo mustard idk if they gave our order to someone else or what and where we went we dont have avocado or mustard and mayo so we had to eat dry sandwiches and avocado is about $5 that we were charged for. This location rhe bread was over cooked and hard idk whata going on but all we spent for not good sandwiches we won't be returning. I might change my review if someone reaches out professionally I usually dont leave bad reviews but this isn't the first time with horrible bread there and it isn't cheap

I absolutely love this Jersey Mike's location. The owner is really friendly and helpful. He's a good guy and that attitude translates to his staff. 1) The sandwiches are consistently delicious.. 2) My order is always accurate. 3) Staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. 4) This franchise is my favorite Jersey Mike's. 5) In summary, give this location your business. Well worth it. I have to stop writing now because my #14 sub is waiting for me!

Tasty sandwiches, good customer service. This was a small shop and not busy, the food was delicious and fairly priced. Having eaten at several Jersey Mike's locations I always seem to have a pretty consistent experience which is nice. Tried my first cheese steak sandwich and I can definitely see what all the hype is about.
If you've never eaten here think Subway but slightly less healthy 😂. Worth a try in my opinion!

Sandwich was made on hard old bread. The bottom wasn’t too hard but the top of the sandwich is hard and stale like a helmet. You have to feel that when you make the sandwich. It was too late to go back. The way it was made was good otherwise.

I always put funny or cool names on the app for who gets what sandwich. Tonight ordered and put some names on the app and the sandwiches came to me with cool art associated with that name on the sandwich paper bag sleeves. Thank you for the laugh! Keep it up.

I just want to give an amazing shout out to the JM team on 06/07/24. I placed a 17 sandwich order for us all at Alpine Fence at 10:15 for pickup at 11am. THEY GOT THE ENTIRE ORDER RIGHT! I got there right before 11am and they were SLAMMED but the team was doing amazing. My order was difficult as I needed the oil/vinegar on the side for each sand/bowl and the girl was filling the cups AND doing her thing at the register. The entire team was talking, co-existing, working hard and doing an amazing job. It was really cool to see and the fact that they got my entire order correct is a feat in itself. I can go anywhere else, order 1 thing and they won't get it right. Anywho, KUDO'S and HIGH FIVE to the ENTIRE JERSEY MIKES ALPINE CA TEAM!!!

My family and I are absolutly disappointed on how disgustingly dirty the gloves, the cabinets and even the table were. The floors had dirty towles, bread, etc. The cabinets weren't wiped down or anything! I even have pics of proof.
