Sandwich was made on hard old bread. The bottom wasn’t too hard but the top of the sandwich is hard and stale like a helmet. You have to feel that when you make the sandwich. It was too late to go back. The way it was made was good otherwise.

We regularly order sandwiches via the Jersey Mike's App and have food delivered through Door dash, we have never experienced anything but 100%. Tasty food, quick, and very accurate. I always put funny or cool names on the app for who gets what sandwich. Tonight ordered and put some names on the app and the sandwiches came to me with cool art associated with that name on the sandwich paper bag sleeves. Thank you for the laugh! Keep it up.

I just want to give an amazing shout out to the JM team on 06/07/24. I placed a 17 sandwich order for us all at Alpine Fence at 10:15 for pickup at 11am. THEY GOT THE ENTIRE ORDER RIGHT! I got there right before 11am and they were SLAMMED but the team was doing amazing. My order was difficult as I needed the oil/vinegar on the side for each sand/bowl and the girl was filling the cups AND doing her thing at the register. The entire team was talking, co-existing, working hard and doing an amazing job. It was really cool to see and the fact that they got my entire order correct is a feat in itself. I can go anywhere else, order 1 thing and they won't get it right. Anywho, KUDO'S and HIGH FIVE to the ENTIRE JERSEY MIKES ALPINE CA TEAM!!!

My family and I are absolutly disappointed on how disgustingly dirty the gloves, the cabinets and even the table were. The floors had dirty towles, bread, etc. The cabinets weren't wiped down or anything! I even have pics of proof.

I was disappointed in the Alpine location. The assembly line was disorganized. The meat was not correctly cut. There was small pieces of meat put on the sandwich. The Mikes way was not their theme. That was wrong. Jersey Mikes in Santee and LaMesa is much better.

What can I say? It's a proper fast sandwich shop. Some things are better than others depending on the day but I'm never disappointed yet. For fast food subs this place is a 5. Compared to a proper deli or Philly cheese, maybe 2 or 3. Try to find a proper deli or Philly cheese anywhere close to san diego, though. This is a fast sandwich shop that charges reasonable prices for what you get.
Fully staffed with friendly and efficient workers! Stopped on the road trip back home and had fast subs made to devour in the truck! Thanks for speedy service and super fresh food!
Parking: Tight lot, we were pulling a trailer but found a spot to pause and grab our subs. Look at satellite view to determine.

Soggy sub quick pick up from app order, little meat lots of lettuce. Just not their flavor wise, a sub should not be sliced like bread makes for messy meal. I prefer subway for the reasons above.
