This is my second time ordering and getting my order wrong. Both times I ordered two California Burritos and one Surf and Turf plus other items.Instead of getting what I order both times I got 3 Carne Asada Burritos.I noticed the restaurant doesn't bother to check the food, on outside wrapping paper it says Surf and Turf but no such thing/Shrimp.When back to the restaurant got my two California Burritos but I didn't get my sur and turf,so basically it was just a meat burrito.They denied getting my order wrong me personally Tapatio's better and the food had no flavor.

Ehhh overpriced taco bell food. Ive been here time and time hoping it gets better but it doesnt. please see this as a warning if you want better mexican food then just go down to taco bell.

Absolutely the worst Mexican food ever. Stale, tastes like crap, and not even edible. The taco was so stale, you couldn't even bite it. Absolutely horrible. Total waste of money. ANYBODY can make beans and rice. Except this place. I will never go to this establishment again.

Had the ham breakfast burrito and it hit the spot. Quality tortilla is critical and they had it. Friendly staff, good salsa bar, clean, and clean bathrooms.
The food is very delicious but the attitude of those who take your order is the worst.

We have visited this location a few times to date. The food taste and quality is good but with all the choices in Alpine service can sway a customer's choice. The last 2 times we have eaten here the same person behind the counter seemed annoyed we were even there. The menu doesn't have details for specific items so we asked some questions. Last time about lunch items and this time about breakfast items. The cashier seemed annoyed that we asked and rattled off the details very quickly. The first time she did this we wrote it off as a bad day as we all have them. Now this the second time with the same person. Only 1 other customer was in the place at the time and no one in line behind us. We could also maybe forgive if it was crazy (although been to many places where even then the service was good) but it wasn't. We would recommend trying any one of the other numerous Mexican cuisine places in Alpine over Manana's.

I stopped here for breakfast after I got off work, and it totally hit the spot. The girl working gave excellent recommendations, and everything was really good! I forgot to take a picture of the salsas, but the salsa verde was pretty tasty! I recommend filling up a few of those little cups to add to your meal. :)
