This is a perfect place for a family that desires variety or has varying dietary preferences - which is extremely challenging to find in Alpine. I do not eat meat or dairy. But, everyone in my family craves meat. It's great because I can order noodles with tofu while my son LOVES their chicken tenders.

Hands down - the best chicken tenders ever! They are made fresh to order, with real meat, and hand breaded.

Other favorites of my family members are the Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp, Korean Pork, & any of their Fried Rices.

VS Noodle is an Asian fusion restaurant. If you're looking for something traditional, this is not your place. However, if you're looking for unique, authentic, and fresh made food - this is your jam!

Wonderful couple who owns and operates the place and an incredible family atmosphere.

Vegetarian options: It is challenging to find vegetarian and plant based options in Alpine. VS Noodle provides the greatest variety in this area. Most places do not have an vegetarian option - you have to custom order to make a veggie or vegan option. However, at VS Noodle, there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options!

Kid-friendliness: Kids LOVE the chicken tenders and it's not processed frozen nuggets - they are made fresh!

Wing Wednesday is a great deal and the wings are absolutely phenomenal! Got the buffalo and chipotle honey! ?Highly recommend!

Love the rare beef pho & lumpia!! The broth is so flavorful!! The pho is pricey, but better than driving down the hill to get it! They have sauces/condiments and to go containers near the doors. I’m not so crazy about their chili oil but I added some that I had at home (also added sriracha!), highly recommend adding if you like a little spice. We came here once before and ordered wings (would not recommend) so I was pleasantly surprised by the pho!

Wings are the best

Food was horrible. Sorry. Wings were soggy, the house chicken was dissolving off of the fork, their ranch dressing tastes like sour milk. How do you claim to be a wing place with sour ranch? Oh no. Avoid if possible.
