Far exceeded my expectations. The Imperial is my ideal model for lodging in a historic building. I wish I could find an Imperial everywhere I travel. High quality modern improvements in harmony with historic preservation. A very special place. I appreciated the local recommendations typed out so I could take them with me. This is just 1 example of the numerous thoughtful details that comprise the Imperial experience. Top notch.

The Imperial Hotel is nestled in one of the most beautiful wine regions, and the quaintest little gold rush town in the world. It is staffed by the absolute friendliest and most welcoming people you can imagine, and the accommodations are exactly what you need to make a trip out there everything you could want.
If you ain’t careful, you may just fall in love here. Highly, highly recommend.
