I made your rude manager, Claudia the screen saver of my phone. When taking my order form the drive through she didn’t allow us to make a separate order even though no one was behind me at 1am in the morning. She rolled her eyes when taking my order and had a legit attitude. Threatened to call the police when I wouldn’t leave the store. What an embarrassment. Don’t go here.

One of the better JITB's in this area. Food if not hot off the grill it is warm and delicious. Friendly and professional service. Never dined in so I can't speak of it.

Was breakfast which I rarely get. It was cold and did not get what I ordered. Evening is always perfect. Hot fresh and accurate .

The customer service is terrible. I had to repeat myself four times when speaking to the young man over the intercom. I couldn't catch his name but he was using another associate ID number (receipt 1101) but I asked the guy to tell me what was on it and he did and I asked politely no onions. I was loud and clear asking for no onions. I repeated myself four times and at the end of it all I had onions inside my burgers. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They DONT listen at all!

This is my new review. I ordered online with the Jack app for pickup, and I picked up my food inside, on time within 10-12 minutes. I was waiting outside in my car at the time, when I ordered.

Worst Jack in the Box I've been. Unfortunately this is the closest one to my house. Always late, no matter what time of the day. They look like always short handed. It also doesnt matter how you order, either in person, online, through the App, or Doordash,.. they're always late. Average 15 kin wait.

The guy that work late night I believe his name is Edward but man he is a good worker. Way to go man. Late night shifts can be hard I understand the feeling.

Service was horrible the lady at the drive through messed my whole order up and then when I asked to speak to her manger she shut the door in my face extremely hard and took close to 5 minutes to return with manger .
