The guy that work late night I believe his name is Edward but man he is a good worker. Way to go man. Late night shifts can be hard I understand the feeling.

Forgot my curly fries!!!

Service was horrible the lady at the drive through messed my whole order up and then when I asked to speak to her manger she shut the door in my face extremely hard and took close to 5 minutes to return with manger .

Treated professionally by some managers. Short large woman who yells at customers if a problem. Was told by employee that another employee reprints receipts to steal points. I have had that happen. Reported to management and corporate without response.

If you don't mind waiting in a drive thru for 25 minutes to pickup an on line order, I'd say go here. Then enjoy eating your COLD food that sat on the counter because they didn't have the sense to have the problematic customer in front of me wait for their order in front of the store so I and the other 4 cars behind me get their lunch.
I will NEVER go to this location again.
After this experience I may never go to Jack In The Box again.

Let me elaborate: I would not accept the cold food that I saw waiting on the counter and told them I wanted my order fresh. I went inside, identified who I was, and still stood waiting for 10 minutes for someone to provide my food. I finally said I wanted a refund. I was informed that couldn't happen since I ordered online. The manager came out and said I could cancel in the app. I found this odd and when I tried to, there was no option to do so. Mgr lied to me to get me to leave.
I lost $12 because they don't know how to run their business properly.

I don't know what happened to the staff here. This used to be my favorite location but all the old staff is gone and this new group just stands around talking all the time. Waiting 25 minutes for a single chicken sandwich with an empty drive through and no one in the restaurant.

The workers were rude and kept ignoring me at the counter for like 5mins.then my order toolk another 7 when there was no other customers in the dine in area why do drive thru customers get better service.?

The jack in the box in American canyon has gotten terrible. Every time I come here i have to wait forever for my food inside the restaurant and the drive thru. I rather wait in line at in-n-out drive thru at least they move quicker than jack in the box!
Idk if the workers moves like snails or this restaurant doesn’t have a big staff (probably both I’m assuming) I tried not to come here because this happened more than once. I waited almost 30 mins at the drive thru. The drive thru speaker kept telling each customer to wait before starting the orders. Waited 10 mins for this worker to come back to help with my order. And wait another 10 mins for pay and get my food. Also the person that helped me was rude. Next time i go to jack in the box I’m probably going to the vallejo one instead. Hire better people. I absolutely hate the american canyon jack in the box. 0 stars

I tried calling the restaurant to let them know I didn’t get the OJ I ordered and paid for on my order (drive through) I will ask for for my OJ next time I stop by hopefully they make it right by the way lady at drive through didn’t give me my receipt which now that I didn’t get my drink in the bag I wish I asked for. Heads up check your bag before you leave folks I know I will

The Mexican manger lady was super hot. I was doing a door dash day after. New year and I had to cancel the order because they were so backed up. She was awesome. And quite attractive but she was she was super nice. If u see this lady holla!
