Stopped by this place for lunch, ordered online through DoorDash. The cashier forgot to prep my order, but the problem was rectified swiftly. I ordered the smoked salmon sandwich, it was delicious. Definitely will go again for some of their pastries.

It's been a minute since my last visit. I'm glad to see there are more seats available. And an expanded selection of food. One bakery in Benicia has some competition.

When you treat every customer the same and your customer service is on point, it makes someone more incline to spend $18 for avocado toast and $9 for a sixteen ounce latte. The customer service I received at this establishment all three times I came absolutely sucked ! I will not be going back.

Don't let the outside fool you. It's worth stopping in. You need to have patience though. This place stays busy and there is only one person doing orders, cashier and barista duties. I've had many of the sweet treats and ube cheesecake is my favorite! I think they use a shortbread cookie crust and it's very gowayshat way. I tried the maple cinnamon latte and it was good but I loved the ube matcha latte iced!!! It's the best!

Customer service was unfriendly no smile no greeting. Bare minimum service. 2 females looked like they weren’t happy to be there working. I don’t understand why with their
Music blaring in the background. It seemed like a nice hip place to work. I asked about one of the pastries if it was filled with the cream that showed on top and they said no it’s not so I bought it anyway and it was completely filled with cream which was fine by me because it was absolutely delicious! But I thought they must of not really known what they were selling or they didn’t understand my question in the first place. My husband asked nicely to double checked to see before they made my decaf latte if they got it is decaf latte because my receipt didn’t say decaf and they gave my husband an inconvenience look like your latte is over there pointing to the counter! They didn’t really answer our question clearly either that yes it was made decaf. I just assumed it was going to be alright so I drank it and it was decaf and I was fine. After we ate our pastry we cleaned up after ourselves and said have a nice day. They gave us a blank stare like we said something they never heard before. It was the strangest experience I have ever received from this place. When it first opened I loved how friendly the staff was it also makes the food taste better when you have nice friendly staff but now not so good. Get new staff and get someone to oversee their staff is using good customer service skills and knows about the pastries. This place is quality don’t let it get run down by people who won’t represent your business well. We are locals and we don’t feel like we want to come back anymore. We might as well go to Starbucks to get this kind of service we received today at your patisserie. We encourage you to help your staff become better. We love your pastries coffee and food.

Bought a ham cheese egg packet warmed up. When the nice lady handed the food to me, she said that since the portion was small they're going to give me another one. Thank you! They definitely take care of you and the food really is delicious. A great addition to the area.

Wow, what a great find! This little bakery had a case packed of amazing looking pastries like no other I’ve seen. We got an almond croissant for an appetizer and the Turkey Club croissant and avocado sandwich for lunches. Both sandwiches were super packed and came with a healthy garden salad.
Had all we could do to avoid loading up on desserts.
Also got two excellent cappuccinos.
Place was spotless as well. Just a super find in the nondescript little plaza. It would be a problem if I lived close to this place.

The pastries here are sooooooo good. Came here with the hubby after a walk around Lake Herman. One of our favorite bakeries in town.

My matcha latte tasted like milk with a hint of matcha, burnt an egg croissant, and I had two repeat what I got to the cashier three times. Probably will not be coming back
