Food is more hype then advertised. Pastries are the best part of this restaurant. Service is OK. Seem like more young family members at front counter. Atmosphere is cold and blend

I went here for a lunch break from work and waited for them to make my blt, on edge because my break was almost over and I needed to drive back. The kitchen was goofing off showing videos to each other one worker playfully blocking another. The whole time I was there the kitchen was just goofing off. I ended up leaving without a sandwhich or refund because I was running late for work. 16$ down the drain finishing my day off hungry. Idk what there food is like but they're staff are immature and inconsiderate.

This place was pretty busy when I came in on a Saturday morning. They had plenty of seating are which was mostly being used by families having breakfast.

Everything on the display case looked so good. I didn't know what to choose. The lady who helped me was super nice.

I tried:

1. Caramel latte: It was ok, nothing special.

2. Special morning caramel bun: It looked tasty but it was dry. The caramel filling was hard.

3. Crème Brûlée cheesecake: Cheesecake was dry and hard. It felt like it was old and not fresh.

4. Pork adobo empanada: I got this for the whole family to try. They loved that it was big and meaty. The flavor wasn't overall too powerful. It was more like an adobo flakes kind of consistency and taste which was perfect.

Overall, a great experience. Definitely, worth trying at least once

Good service

Had always loved this bakery and travel far to enjoy. On my last visit the quality seemed to wane.
*Lemon bar not custard, was like cake with no lemon flavor at all.
*Rose latte, zero Rose flavor and was watered down tasting.
*Chicken Empanadas dry and flavorless; from a French bakery the crust should be buttery, flakes and flavorful. The chicken should be juicy and have some flavor onion or garlic or both.
Other pastries, just not buttery and flakes.
I still appreciate the bakery and will return.

This place is one of the best places to stop and get a sweet bite of ur passing threw American Canyon. Everything looks OMG amazing and probably tastes OMG amazing but I don't do kish. So I don't know if everything is good. Lol. I will say it is a must do if ur passing thru.

Great 1st experience . Friendly greeting upon entry. Amazing almond croissant! And from the looks of other patron orders, a pretty amazing menu. I’d definitely choose it over a chain experience.

Hidden gem from American Canyon. Maybe not so hidden now that they have expanded to a few other locations. I've never had anything bad. Besides pastries, I absolutely love their turkey club on one of their fresh croissants. The side salad that comes with it is also amazing!

First and foremost, every single item that I have tried here was delicious. Unfortunately, they don’t have the service to match it. I drove 35 minutes to get here and I arrived at 3:39 PM, knowing that they closed at 5 PM. I tried to order a pork adobo sandwich and the young blonde girl behind the counter told me that they stopped serving sandwiches at 3:30p. I asked if she can make an exception since I drove so far and I’m only nine minutes past the cut off. She carelessly said “no sorry”. There is a really good chance that I will be here again because everything is so good. I just don’t appreciate the lack of customer service, especially when you charge premium prices. Another reason I will be back is I’ve never experienced this lack of customer service here before. Every other experience was great before today. I will give them another try.
