Staff is friendly, lots of seats and plugs, great people to meet

Management is friendly and has great conflict resolution skills. Staff is friendly and takes order promptly.

Opens early and there's alot of seating to study with lots of plugs to use. The music is chill and has many different genres.

The people to meet there are awesome and have alot of experience in their careers.

There's also lots of outside seating as well great for the summer.

Very rude Caucasian co-Worker!! I walked into Starbucks and showed the worker my order for doordash and told her that was my order in front of her she insisted it was not my order and that I should sit down and wait. She proceeded to call everyone else's order and then when it was my turn she grabbed the exact order that I told her that was mine. I told her that was the order you said wasnt mine so I asked for her name and she walked to the back of the store not saying anything. Horrible customer service!! Not a good look for Starbucks! I WILL NOT BE COMING TO THIS Starbucks again!!!!!!!!!!!😔🤬 if could give it 0 rating I would!

I brought an unopened bag of Starbucks whole bean coffee (a gift from a friend) to this store and politely asked to have it ground. The store manager refused, saying they don’t grind beans—even though it was clearly a Starbucks-branded product.

I understand each store may have its own policy, but as a loyal Starbucks customer, I was disappointed. Starbucks usually offers to grind their own beans as part of customer service, and I expected the same here. The way the manager handled it felt a bit dismissive instead of explaining clearly or offering an alternative.

I hope Starbucks can provide more consistent service across locations and train staff to handle these situations with more courtesy and understandin

One of my favorite Starbucks. Mel the Manager is always helpful and Marie, a new employee greeted me with a smile, her personal grooming was on point, and when I asked for a code for the bathroom, she already had a sticky note prepared. Those little details are great for a good customer experience! Thank you!

The Baristas at the American Canyon location are so nice & sweet in the early am. The Baristas truly make my day before it even gets started.

Got a couple of drinks from this location. They filled up the cup with ice and very little drink inside the cup. Not worth spending money here. Two sips and your done.

This location is great other than the fact they recently started adding extra syrup pumps to my drinks. They keep adding this little charge everytime I come and don't tell me they are charging for extra syrup. I don't ask for any adjustments on my drinks either. I normally wouldn't have a problem but adding charges people don't ask for and not telling them I have a huge problem with.

This Starbucks is cozy and welcoming. The restroom is clean, and the staff are friendly and polite. It’s definitely a nice spot to relax, unwind, or catch up with friends. A great place to chill!

I’ve been a regular at the American Canyon Starbucks for months, visiting a few times a week, always making a purchase, keeping my table neat, and tipping when I can. But after my last two experiences with the manager, I’m honestly questioning whether I want to keep coming back.

On January 27th, I was in the store on a phone call when the manager suddenly interrupted me, loudly demanding that I make a purchase immediately. I let her know I would, just like I always do, but she kept going on in front of everyone that I ā€œACTUALLYā€ had to buy something, as if I had been sitting there without paying before (which has never happened). Even after I ended my call and started placing my order, she came up again, raising her voice and telling me to leave. The whole interaction felt aggressive, unnecessary, and humiliating.

I was willing to believe this was just a bad moment—until I came back on February 3rd and saw her treat someone else completely differently. She politely informed another customer of the seating policy with no hostility at all, proving that she can be respectful when she chooses to be. Meanwhile, she made a loud comment about how there were no tables left for her to sit at because they were ā€œall taken upā€ while standing right behind me. It felt incredibly pointed and unprofessional.

I have no issue following store policies, but there’s a way to communicate them without singling people out and making them feel unwelcome. It’s disappointing that someone in a management position would treat a loyal customer this way. I hope Starbucks takes a hard look at how leadership at this location interacts with customers because this experience has left a really bad impression.

For clarity, I emailed Starbucks Customer Service twice regarding this issue before posting this review, but I never received a response. This review was written after those attempts to resolve the matter directly.

On the way to a wine tasting, we first stopped here for coffee drinks. We lingered for a while and chatted and noted that there were pastries for sale. Nice stop in our busy day.
