We ordered 2 huge online orders several items customized and they get everything exactly how we ordered it. Everything tasted fresh and delicious and they didn't miss a single item. The only negative I have is that the cook was a bit short with the cashier/bagger who just seemed like he was trying to communicate what he needed ect. And I as a customer witnessed it which is never really good for customers to see.
My recent visit to this establishment was met with an unparalleled level of incompetence and rudeness that has left me both aghast and utterly disappointed.
Upon arriving, I was immediately confronted with the news that the fryers were down. While I understand the frustration such a setback can cause employees, it is unacceptable for them to take it out on paying customers.
Instead of apologizing and offering alternative menu options, the staff members displayed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. They spoke in hushed tones, rolled their eyes, and made it clear that their inconvenience was far more important than the satisfaction of their customers.
I order ahead and apparently picked 9:30 pick up time, I pulled away and waited from 9:13-9:30 pulled back in and was told it was not 9:30… it was 9:28. So I waited the 2 minutes and still faced the same problem… Mariah
Miss. Mariah refused to make the food and also could not refund or cancel the online order. So $30 short and without the food I ordered I left the establishment vowing never to return. The appalling service I experienced not only ruined my dining experience but also left a lasting impression of incompetence and disrespect.
I urge potential customers to avoid this establishment at all costs. Your time, money, and dignity are far better spent elsewhere
