Went through the drive thru after driving up from Sacramento. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Food was cold and tasted nasty. I threw it away, wouldn't even give it to my dog! For as much as it costs to eat Arby's these days I was hangry to be robbed. On top of that I had to find something else for me and my k9 to eat. So in short AVIOD THIS PLACE!!

They close 15 before they are supposed to and the guy working Friday night 8-29-25 is rude when telling the customers they won’t serve them after another employee already confirmed they are still open for a while or at least supposed to be. It’s happened more than once this location closing early.
We ordered 2 beef and cheddar with extra red ranch, once we pulled through the drive through the attendant was very nice but upon getting our food it was room temperature. We think the sandwiches were sitting there and they just slapped more red ranch on it. Went back inside to ge this situation fixed and the person argued with my husband saying the sandwiches were just made- which was incorrect. We were given new sandwiches to redem, but shouldn't have been argued with!

I stopped here for a quick lunch. Unfortunately received two cold sandwiches. Upon kindly asking them to remake them, and possibly add more cheddar due to the lack thereof on a beef and cheddar. I was met with a misunderstanding and quite rude experience. The cashier stated the sandwiches were not cold, having just been made. They even felt the cold sandwiches and continued with that argument. Then proceeded to state the cheese is a portioned amount. Either the person behind the register decided to be disrespectful today. Or, Arby's standard for making a sandwich is very poor.

On interstate 5 they screwed up my order gave me the wrong step and it was on the interstate before I could get it taken care of

The staff is always kind, efficient, fast and I always enjoy going in and or driving through no matter the hour! They have e never gotten my order wrong. My food is always done the right way AND I wish they had a location aging in redding closer to my family because it's our once a month spot now!
