On interstate 5 they screwed up my order gave me the wrong step and it was on the interstate before I could get it taken care of

The staff is always kind, efficient, fast and I always enjoy going in and or driving through no matter the hour! They have e never gotten my order wrong. My food is always done the right way AND I wish they had a location aging in redding closer to my family because it's our once a month spot now!

I like Arby's well enough. But I had just checked into my hotel 500 feet away and walked over, looking forward to a meal. This was just after 7. The lobby was closed and they wouldn't serve me. The vehicle I was driving was too large for the drive thru. During my extended stay, they got none of my business. They won't get any in the future either.
Jack in the box is also close and I enjoyed Sonic while there.

Ordered a traditional gyro, the order taker verified it twice, got a Turkey one, they did fix it though.
The food was awful the bread was stale you couldn't find a drop of juice and a half pound beef sandwich a cheddar and beef sandwich with 2 drinks was $33.00 redi,culous
