Service is good, it doesn’t take long at all to get my food. My big issue is that every time I go through the drive through, my order is always wrong. I always have missing items or I’m given the wrong items. I know they have a lot of stuff to cook for multiple people, but I don’t understand how I keep missing items every time I order.

This BK is definitely nothing to write ✍️ home about. Messy restaurant and staff wasn't rude but also not friendly. Ive been to better BKs. Parking and location are definitely cool.

disgusting, they literally just put my food in the microwave and called it good. I said CLEARLY not to add pickles, mustard, and lettuce. all of it was on my burger. nasty.

“Fast food” yet every time I go here I’m told to wait in the front lot for 10 minutes. I went the most recent time at 6:20 pm on October 27th and was told “just pull around out front for me and we will have the food out fresh for you.” Yet here I am 30 minutes later still waiting on my food. Having people “pull around” every time to save the drive through times doesn’t actually help the customers nor does say “boss man” make it any less frustrating having to wait. See the pic as I’ve been here this whole time. I went back and asked if they forgot about me and they showed zero sympathy no apology for me waiting. I will never be going back.

Staff is good but everytime I go there I order a large onion ring and I do mean everytime! They throw onion rings on top of cold fries making it look like a large onion ring! I thought hm that's odd maybe they are training a new person but it's happened 5 times in a row! The fries are always cold and stiff like they've been left out all shift. Not even worth getting a fry at this BK. The patties have been left out and rewarmed you can tell. This BK is the worst one I've been to. The tweaker infested BK in eureka is better operated than this place. I've called everytime they mess up my order and they say to come back but I'm already on my home with 2 kids and just didn't have the time. The gen manager needs to really step up their game, stop selling old ass food, make it fresh and stop juking people out of Onion rings. CAUSE YOUR OLD ASS FRIES SUCK!!
Wth burger King now has Kiosks as the cashiers and you CAN NOT use cash to redeem your rewards ONLY CARD. What is up with this!?!?!?!? We are turning into Washington DC a cashless town or what? Because it took me waiting for 10min and calling 4 different workers for someone to finally figure out how to process my order with cash. What is this?????

It's fast food. But everybody there is always polite. The food comes out as ordered. The prices are reasonable. One of the better fast food places in Anderson.

Everytime we come they are always so friendly and very quick service. I am so sick of workers that treat the customer like we're a bother and that definitely is not the case here at Burger. Thank you Burger King staff

Orders are not accurate about 30% of the time. They have you wait to take order until the vehicle in front of you leaves the window, even if there is nobody else in line. Pointless to have a mobile app if it is no faster than ordering at drive thru box. Going down hill fast.
