We were driving from San Francisco to Lassen National Park and were looking for a place to grab quick lunch. It is always difficult to find healthy options in remote areas, and we are so glad that we came across Cafe Calico. We both got their Mediterranean Salad and it was amazing. Very fresh, portions were generous and the price is impossible to beat. Definitely give this place a try if you are in the area.
