We were driving from San Francisco to Lassen National Park and were looking for a place to grab quick lunch. It is always difficult to find healthy options in remote areas, and we are so glad that we came across Cafe Calico. We both got their Mediterranean Salad and it was amazing. Very fresh, portions were generous and the price is impossible to beat. Definitely give this place a try if you are in the area.

I have never been here before and was sitting at work this morning looking them up on line to put in an order. I have a nice older gentleman that comes into my work every morning that goes to calico every morning as well to get his sandwich. He happen to mention to the ladies that I had never been before and that he wanted to share is sandwich with me. They made me one on them and sent it with him to give to me.
