Don't waste your time coming here after 6:00 p.m. . The women here are lazy rude and extremely stuck up they made my order wrong this morning and when I called they said just to come back and they would fix it so when I showed up back up there the lady wanted to tell me that they don't have a phone there's no way I called when you can clearly see in the picture I'm going to show you that they definitely do have a phone and it's a link on their Google so I definitely called and talked to someone she refused to fix my drink and told me I needed to go scam somebody else so completely disgusted with the way these women handle themselves

I asked for extra extra hot and it was not. So then I asked for 180°. When I got my coffee, it was acknowledged 180°. It was not. Please do better because I’m about to give up on Dutch Bros, my favorite coffee.

This specific stand has the least friendly staff of any Dutch Bros. I have ever been to. I am from out of town and visit family in the area. We typically visit a different stand, but sometimes we are closer to this one and stop in. It is very infrequent that we visit, but each time we do staff is snobby, rude, and seemingly inconvenienced by doing their job. Today I simply asked for clarification on a drink as they did not label anything and I was met with attitude and a response that was less than satisfactory. I implore the management at this specific stand to train your employees in customer service better. No customer should ever leave an establishment feeling hurt by staff for asking a simple question.

Line is long. However, having order takers taking your oder in line, definitely help to keep the line moving fast. Everyone is very friendly. Love that they recognize me and most know my usual order.
I am always treated with respect and positive energy. Unlike the stuffy attitude I have received at Starbucks.
