Another very good Jack in the Box. There’s nothing that beats the ultimate cheeseburger munchie meal late at night. Service is always really good and very quick, there’s nothing to complain about.

Took a while to get our food. Would have gone to Arby's across the street, but the door was locked. Did not feel like eating on our car.

My brother wanted to go to a Jack in The box and there was one there, the place was fine except the first guy that at the window he just totally blew it and we had to go wait forever to get the proper order, he wasn't even close because as English is terrible!

Can't beat this place, especially after midnight. Food MIGHT take one extra minute to get to you but that is only because they don't have a lot of people working that late, but your food is always fresh, hot and served with a nice friendly smile and attitude!

Zero star if I could put one. Drive through staff is horrible and rude. They never get our orders right and my husband and I are honestly sick of it. We went back recently after not going for a year! Same thing as usual. We figured it would have been sorted out by now but I guess not. If we want something it looks like we will have to drive to redding. I do not recommend!
Our customer service guy, Jesse, was a total pro – friendly, professional, and even threw in some upsells like he was on commission. It was our first time here, so naturally, we had to see what all the hype was about. Spoiler alert: I couldn’t even finish my meal because it felt like I was eating a brick. Honestly, it was like McDonald's with a VIP pass – still fast food, just with a little more flair, and a lil extra yuck🤮

I was treated very poorly by the shift manager on duty he said his name was Dre or David. He did not give me my refund. I’ve been calling the store at 530-365-1765 for the last few days and nobody answers and I can’t leave a voicemail. I need my refund of $12.93. And I will be calling corporate.
The service is TERRIBLE. I'm not even going to waste paragraphs on explaining this, but I will say, every time I've been to this location I've had a huge problem with the little rude ass short mexican guy. He's disrespectful, he's rude, and it's completely unnecessary.
Everything i Order from her im either missing something, I got something completely different from what I ordered, or my food is just not edible. On multiple accounts I've found hair in my food and/or burnt ingredients. Everytime i call and let them know they take no responsibility and tell me to take it up with door dash even tho my problems are with their service not door dash. Don't waste money here, it's not worth the nasty food your going to get i promise.
