Zero star if I could put one. Drive through staff is horrible and rude. They never get our orders right and my husband and I are honestly sick of it. We went back recently after not going for a year! Same thing as usual. We figured it would have been sorted out by now but I guess not. If we want something it looks like we will have to drive to redding. I do not recommend!

Our customer service guy, Jesse, was a total pro – friendly, professional, and even threw in some upsells like he was on commission. It was our first time here, so naturally, we had to see what all the hype was about. Spoiler alert: I couldn’t even finish my meal because it felt like I was eating a brick. Honestly, it was like McDonald's with a VIP pass – still fast food, just with a little more flair, and a lil extra yuck🤮

The service is TERRIBLE. I'm not even going to waste paragraphs on explaining this, but I will say, every time I've been to this location I've had a huge problem with the little rude ass short mexican guy. He's disrespectful, he's rude, and it's completely unnecessary.

Everything i Order from her im either missing something, I got something completely different from what I ordered, or my food is just not edible. On multiple accounts I've found hair in my food and/or burnt ingredients. Everytime i call and let them know they take no responsibility and tell me to take it up with door dash even tho my problems are with their service not door dash. Don't waste money here, it's not worth the nasty food your going to get i promise.

This place needs serious help. I was in the drive thru 17 minutes. The third time I've visited. The first time we were told our order would be 30 minutes! We had to have 2 cars behind us back out of the drive-thru. Such a shame. It's in a great location.

Ordered some wings on my way home from work and when I went to pay David the cashier started pushing his Church "of the rock on me" in a very cult like manner. I've never had such experience at any business in my life. Never going back.

Drive through, they gave me the wrong burger and it had a hair on it. By the time I stopped to eat I was in Redding and couldn't go back. Over the phone they would not refund my money. Will not stop there again.
