First time here. I enjoyed everything, atmosphere, facility, service (server was kind, attentive and happy) but I drop the rating with the food. Food tasted fine but hardly any sauce on our burgers (all different burgers), the fry servings were ridiculously puny. My kid ordered from the kids menu and his fry serving was larger than mine and his serving was still small. First burger i didn't finish in my life, ate about half of it. Took about 50 minutes to cook 4 hamburgers with maybe 7 other people in the restaurant. 5 of them left and we still waited 20 minutes for the food and no new people came in. Likely won't be back any time soon. Tough to drop $70+ on this and want to do it again.

The owner of this place obviously doesn't care about its delivery customers. Long wait times with no customer service upon entry of the store. Employees mark the order as ready for pick up when you know, you end up waiting twenty plus minutes after arrival for a small order, When delivery orders are marked ready for pickup 10minutes prior to arrival that's a total of a thirty minute delay before the order is ever even picked up. This mistake holds drivers accountable for late deliveries to customers, not to mention valued customers getting left in the dark with expected delivery times being delayed constantly. It seems like charews is still stuck in the same old habits as it was before the rebrand! they could do alot better. won't be back as a customer or a driver.

Food was really good and so was the service which is hard to find these days. Also They have a few bounce houses and games in the room next door for kids. My 5 year old loved it.

Still hands down the best pizza I have tasted in the north state. I liken it to pizza I had on my way back from the middle east in 94, when we had a layover in Sigonella, Italy, and I had a Calzone for the first time there. It was baked in a stone oven and it was a small mom & pop pizzeria.
Which means they kept the ingredients and the way they make it consistent as when it was Mary's Pizza Shack which is so awesome! The wait staff (Brooke & Natalie) were so friendly, personable and very attentive to detail! Even the house salad I had, though a little small, was sooo good!
They even have very affordable lunch specials if you are on a budget, but for the price you can do no better, even if you doubled the price.
They even have a full bar, and some nice microbrews on tap (see photos). I would have to say this place is a hidden gem, and the fact that you can be in the parking lot in 2 minutes after exiting Interstate 5, means it is also very convenient and easy to get to!

The perfect stopped for us, we were able to take some time to sit down and have lunch and enjoy a beer! Glad they were open on Independence Day

This not a good place for pizza. It charges 7$ a topping i payed 95$ for 1 pizza and three beers. They made me pay 35$ just for the dough and sauce. It also took 45 min for a pizza. So yes I'm upset with the bill and the quality of the pizza for the price it was not OK.

Charlew’s Tap House totally knocked it out of the park for our family dinner! The food was amazing—the giant meatball alone deserves a shout-out—and the kids were so entertained they didn’t even ask to play in the arcade (which NEVER happens). It was such a relief to find a spot that’s both kid-friendly and budget-friendly without sacrificing quality. No chaos, no meltdowns, just great service, good food, and happy vibes all around. Definitely adding this to our go-to list. Thanks for making our night out such a fun, easy win!

We came to a birthday party at Charlews this evening and our family had a great time in the new game room! My son had a blast and the pizza was perfect! We would highly recommend.

We enjoyed having my daughter’s birthday party here! The party room is great and their pizza is delicious. If I had to find something I didn’t like, it would be that other children in the restaurant were allowed to run through your party and play while you have your two hour time slot. It was really awkward and my daughter kept telling me she didn’t know who they were. Again, we really enjoyed it as an indoor option for a party, but after buying extremely expensive pizzas (2 larges for $97) to feed the parents of the kids, plus the party fee for 11 kids to make pizzas, it seemed like a lot to me to not get the room for just our party for the two hours. I’d just make sure to let the parents know who are reserving the place that it’s still open to other kids to run through their party and try to grab cake and other favors. It did happen to us a few times, and it was a bit of a downer because we didn’t realize when we reserved the room that it’s not the room you are reserving, but the tables. Overall I’d give it a 9/10 stars!🌟

We did my daughter’s 4th birthday today and it was wonderful. I love how friendly the owner was and she was present the whole time making sure everything was going well! The play area was awesome and I honestly plan on doing all my kids birthdays here!

I called and ordered a wedge salad. After placing my order they called me back and informed me that they had just run out of iceberg lettuce and offered me romaine instead and I agreed. Let me tell you even without the iceberg lettuce, which I love, it was one of the best salads I have ever had! The bacon was crisp yet still chewy, the romaine was crisp and the tomatoes were fresh. The blue cheese crumbles and what I think was little garlic chunks were perfect. Some of the best blue cheese dressing and crumbles that I've ever had. It was a huge salad so well worth the price and my fiance and I both ate and didn't finish it 😋 I will definitely be ordering the salad regularly and I can't wait to try it with the iceberg lettuce.
