The order taker/pay window employee Gretchen was incredibly rude. She didn’t ask me if I had a code, which I did, so I figured I would just give it to her at the window. Mind you there is no one behind me or in front of me. As soon as I pulled up she said “oh so you do have a code, it takes awhile which is why I asked you at the speaker” I told her I wasn’t asked, even though I usually am when I come through to get my kids a happy meal. To which she got very snarky about how she most definitely did and that she was the only order taker, and she has a whole thing for asking about the code. At that point I didn’t respond because it was pointless. I guess it really worked her up for taking up an extra 10 seconds of her time when no one else was in line.

This is ridiculous. My husband ordered two mcribs one without onions. He checked the order at the window and they both had onions. He tells the guy and he says okay and goes to get one made without onions. Of course he doesn’t check again. Then he gets home and they both have onions. OMG and these people get 20 dollars an hour and they want a raise!
I mostly go there for my dog, he loves their Double Cheeseburgers, plain. Employees all know and love him. Always get his order right.

Food was great. I ordered a steak, egg bagel sandwich. Was so nice to eat a meal that wasn't just slammed together. Bagel was fresh and not covered with grease. Service was amazing. And I didn't even have to use that menu screen thing to place my order. Simple and easy just the way I like it
