Instead of ordering at front counter with the large menu which was off as well they wasted all kinds of time playing with the covid ordering station I call it! still got the order wrong! ridiculous paying people $20 per hour for that kind of service just wrong and the shake or McFlurry machine was down again which is often! going back to BK.

Curbside pickup unavailable. Dining room was closed. Drive thru tight for the pickup. Took a while to get our food. Seriously, they need to change the oil in the fryer. Hot rancid tasting French fries are disgusting. Burgers were fair, the onions belong between the bun and burger though, not between the bun and paper wrapper. Wasn't worth the money, yet it's no surprise anymore.

Definitely not impressed if fast food workers want $20 per hour. 3/16/2024, I ordered a hot fudge sundae and a mint Oreo McFlurry. What did I get? A huge wait time, a fudge sundae that had a small squirt on top and a messy basic Oreo McFlurry. I feel they should NOT see $20 per hour until they can get the orders correct and things aren’t messy. Otherwise you’re just pissing your hard money away.

PAID for $6 worth of bacon before a really long trip. Made me pay twice, putting the bacon in a second order and then never gave me the bacon. Didn't realize until I was already back on the freeway. -1/5 for making me pay an outrageous price for food I never received.
