We just had a meal here. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant. The staff are very cool and calm. Everything looks clean. The restrooms are very clean.
First of all didn’t receive my receipt after getting a big order, I got back home. I opened all my food to find that some of it was missing. I called the store and ask for a manager, explained my situation, and they told me that they would help me if I came into the store the next day. They then proceeded to call me back 3 hours later before the store closed and I was in bed, to tell me that because I didn’t have a receipt that it was not their responsibility or their problem that I didn’t get to eat that night and they could not refund me nor could they give me the food I ordered. Out of frustration and anger because I didnt get the food I ordered for myself but I got for everyone else after I had just gotten off of an 9 hour shift I asked them to pull up a video they then said that on their video they can apparently be seen giving me a receip. when I very clearly ordered almost $80 of food and didn’t get a receipt I only received $4 in change. After I asked to see the video they told me they couldn’t show me but I just had to believe him and that “it isn’t his problem that I didn’t get a receipt because it’s store policy to always give one out and they should have given me one to begin with.” They didn’t offer to print me a new one or help me at all they just simply called me to tell me to not come in and they couldn’t help me nor were they going to refund me for the one meal I didn’t receive. 1 star I go here all the time they always give me a receipt and my food so I I figured nothing would happen this time and never once have I ever been treated so poorly in a fast food Establishment, and I literally work in fast food. Rude staff, manger isn’t trained properly, lacks enthusiasm and empathy for people who order at their establishment. Also if your ragoons arent being served raw why are you giving people cold, soggy, half broken ones?

As usual PE’s a great healthier option for fast food and this location served us well. Our go to: walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. Everything tastes fresh made and staff was nice. One three entree plate is perfect amount of food for two of us and have not noticed any variation on the portions. Not some locations do seem a little more generous!
Note on my rating, sharing this as I believe some may assume a 3-star review indicates a mediocre experience.
5 stars: Exceptional! Outstanding food, service, and/or experience—well worth traveling for. (For example, we often drive from San Antonio to Austin just for Uchi.)
4 stars: Surpasses expectations in terms of food, service, and/or ambiance.
3 stars: Solidly good or meets expectations. I would revisit any place rated 3 stars or higher.

I just had my first meal here, and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the team is incredibly friendly and attentive. You can really feel the warmth! I’m already super excited to come back!

Food is super skimpy and sometimes not cooked or even dry over cold my super green tasted like shrimp the ragoons were so cold
They have shrunk the size of the containers AGAIN. My last visit was indeed my LAST visit. So sick of retailers and their sneaky shrinkflation tactics.
If you're going to charge a customer $1.50 more for the fire cracker steak and shrimp, it'll be considerate to give them more than 3 shrimp and 4 steak cubes. Wow. Smh.
