My family and I really tried to give this place a chance but the past three times we have placed an order they have messed up. They always add things we didn’t ask for, forgot to add things no mater if it’s requested or just apart of the basic item and even when we ask for it to be fix it’s met with more mistakes. We’re just going to be avoiding this location in the future and make the journey to the Redding locations.

Wow! Just wow! Extremely nasty! My wife just messaged corporate. Usually we have great experiences with Papa Murphys. We eat here regularly and have been since the 1990s. Not this time. The cashier was super rude and they weren't wearing gloves. And they sloppily made my second pizza. Very disappointed!

My mom Did an online order 10/09/23 at 2:30. They went on and charged more of a tip than given. I went in to cancel the order they said they couldn’t and didn’t know how to. That they would have to wait until a manger came in tomorrow. Man making pizza dough wasn’t wearing gloves. Picked up the pizza anyways because we already payed for it and they couldnt cancel it. Lady then squashed the pizza giving it to me. Go to the Redding one! Worth the drive!

If I could leave zero stars I would.Time and time again this particular papa Murphy’s has let us down. Inconsistent doughs, inconsistent cheese, inconsistent toppings.Terrible service. Sometimes we have to wait after our 30minute pickup order.I wish I could say that they have improved after staff changes.Don’t order pie from this Papa Murphy’s

I've had good and bad experiences here, most of the bad ones are just based on location. Pretty much anytime you have to be around Anderson people, you're going to have a bad time. Anderson is like the worst people in Shasta Lake City had babies with the worst people in Cottonwood.
If I can give no stars I would. Almost every time I have to ask for my pizza to be remade and it doesn’t matter if it’s online or over the phone orders. I ordered over the phone today and when I got the pizza home it was messed up. I called and provided the order again and brought in the receipt. They mess it up yet again. I got tired of waiting and left with the wrong pizza again. They remade it three times and cannot get it correct all three times. I may start going elsewhere for my pizzas

Great place to get a quality take and bake! Service is great too! They also have 25% off of pizzas that were mistakes and had a topping that a customer didn't want. Check during dinner as they usually have a couple on their rack.

We always order a pan. They have not been putting the crust to the edges. I called and was told all the pizzas are now crustless, even the pan. I was not going to drive back there so we tried it. It fell apart. We tried it again tonight and the pizza was smaller than the pan. So I walked it back inside and asked if this is how pan pizzas are now made. She stretched it with her finger prints in the edges and asked if that was what I wanted. I asked for another one and she had an attitude. I will be visiting another location if I get a craving otherwise I will be going elsewhere
