Could not order because they "do not accept cash at this time". That doesn't even make sense. I understand when cards can't be accepted from time to time because there can be issues with the merchant services but I don't understand how this can apply to cash

Chicken was great but restaurant was out of several items, now for the bad. Biscuit was undercooked and soggy. And mashed potatoes came with no utensil to eat with. As I was eating in I would expect a spoon or fork to eat my mashed potatoes. Shouldnt even serve food that people cant eat without utensils if they dont provide. Last tome they get my business.

FACTS don't lie, Look at all these 1 star reviews!!!!! TWICE I have placed a online order here and gotten NOTHING!!! Over $50 each time. When I arrive I am told they don't have CHICKEN!!!!!!! And can not make my order then refuse to refund my money or alter my order to something they do have. Absolutely trash location and staff. Change your name to waffle House. I would be ashamed to be affiliated with this location.

This place is one of the most horrible fast food places in the Anderson, Ca. The manger Samantha has horrible service. She lied and tried saying they can’t reprint receipts when I literally work in fast food. I know you can. She messes up my order she also forgot a chicken sandwich after I spend almost a 80 dollars on food for my family and she wants to act like a child while on the job

Had to wait 30+ minutes for my order. Definitely not coming back. The lady said she was waiting for the filet for the chicken sandwich, but does it take 30+ minutes for that?
Order time was at 2:19, and it's currently 2:50.
Definitely won't be coming back. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Maybe try KFC instead, they taste better anyways.
Update: I said screw it and left. All i got was my tea, and no food. This place sucks!!!
Since when is 8 pieces of chicken $37 oh and they forgot the fries, won't be going back!
