They do this thing where they take 1 order at a time, prepare, then hand out before taking the next order. So in drive-thru I waited for 12 minutes before they took my order. Then after I'd ordered and paid, they Said it'd be another 4 minutes to cook the food....

We have been to several different Popeyes across the United States. The Popeyes on Knighton Road and Redding, always comes through with no problems. The Popeyes in Anderson always has issues. Either they are out of. Certain types of chicken or don’t have enough to fill An order. Another words every time we’ve been there there’s been some type of disappointment. This time I went through, I had to go wait in the parking lot after going through the drive-through and I was the only one in The drive-through and hardly anybody else in the parking lot. When she brought my food out, I didn’t check it and should have because when I got home After spending $49.99 on a 12 piece family meal I realized she didn’t put the biscuits in the order. With the Popeyes being in Anderson and me living in Cottonwood Driving back there to get six biscuits wasn’t worth it, but it was a disappointment that it got left out of the bag. I think in the future I will go the extra distance down to the Knight and Road Popeyes and get my order filled there knowing that we’ve never had any issues at that location. When I called to tell them what happened they said I would have to come all the way back in to get the six biscuits Or get some type of refund on my debit card. I told her why don’t you just send me a five dollar gift card and call it Good supposedly she was a manager when she first took the phone call and when I requested a gift card In place of the biscuits, they left out of my order. She said she couldn’t send me one because she wasn’t a manager.

Mary and Elly did amazing. We ordered food for an army and they did exceptional. They deserve a raise!
Fries were cold and stale. I had the chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. Chicken was cold, dry and tough. Bun tasted stale. I will never go to Popeye's again.
