An old favorite of mine from my time in Texas. Food is ok and sitting in the car to eat can be pleasurable. Park on far side opposite the restaurant, nice views of the hills. There's drive-thru also.

Pulled into the parking spot to order. The guy over the speaker did a good job, but the young girl that came with the food and to take the money was rude and short tempered. Asked her a question, and she said with an attitude, I don't know. I'm not the one cooking your food and then walked away and never came back. I had the double smash burger, and it was no good at all. After that experience, I don't believe I'll ever go back there again.

Worst Sonic experience I've ever had. The order kiosk I pulled up to was broken. I pressed the button and waited a while (they were busy), and after waiting I noticed that the message about taking my order had disappeared. I tried again, and waited again until it timed out.

Then I went to the drive through instead. The speaker was incredibly quiet, and the microphone was worse, so that the worker couldn't hear me clearly. Tons of repetition. I let them know about the broken kiosk, but they seemed uninterested. The line was long and slow moving.

On top of that, two issues with my order. A kid's meal was requested, but I only got the burger without the side of fries (at least they only charged me for the burger price). Additionally, the burger was requested with no cheese, but had cheese on it. No napkins included in the bag, none offered.

From when we pulled in to the first kiosk until we pulled away from the drive through window was a full 52 minutes, according to Google Maps timeline. Absurd.

I like Sonic in general. I hated this particular experience at this particular location.

Poor customer service, didn't hear me say fries one time a car drove by and immediately cut me off from ordering and repeated fries or tots and was rude and short the entire order thereafter. Basically threw the food at us, no sauces, food put together poorly and inaccurate, and just an overall bad experience. Do better for your customers who are completely kind to you. Also there was a weird greasey film that was attached to my burger and cheese that is not burger lol

Sat here in line for over 30+ minutes with the button activated and no one took our order so we ended up leaving, seems like maybe they need to work on having their workers actually do their jobs, another thing is one of their workers was picking his boogers while walking back to go inside. Should definitely keep his fingers out of his nose when dealing with customers food.

If your staff expects to leave at 11pm, maybe close at 10:45 instead of dishing out bad attitudes and cold hot dogs to weary travelers expecting service during your posted operating hours.
