I'm reviewing the food side fairly low because I am addressing the food not the beverage. The beverage is almost always solid and enjoyable. The food options are sometimes not even existent even though it's on their menu. They are out of it or something has happened and they're not able to produce the wrap or sandwich or what have you. Happens more often than I would think it should. And their options are minimal but I guess they are a coffee shop

Someone needs to consider training the drive-thru team a little bit better. Filling a paper coffee cup to the very top, and a handing it to somebody driving, is just stupid.

today I went through the drive through and ordered a VERY simple order because this specific starbucks ALWAYS seems to mess up my drink. So I went very simple pulled up paid, left a tip out of the KINDNESS OF MY HEART. and as my father hands me my drink and drives away these people forgot my caramel drizzle. can someone tell me why the fudge it is so difficult to add 2% milk. and caramel drizzle to a matcha frappe. I personally have recently been experiencing pure laziness from this starbucks and it sucks.

I know they were busy and working very efficiently. But, there was a terrible sticky mess on the floor in front of pickup that seemed to have been there awhile. Otherwise, employees were awesome, fast and friendly!!

The bacon on my sandwich was missing, both straws were cracked and there was a hair in my fiancé drink! Very gross! I ordered off DoorDash and I’d give them a review on there but the app is stupid and won’t let me so DoorDash and Starbucks both just suck! Stick to Dutch bros! Next time I’ll get McDonald’s :/
