I know they were busy and working very efficiently. But, there was a terrible sticky mess on the floor in front of pickup that seemed to have been there awhile. Otherwise, employees were awesome, fast and friendly!!

The bacon on my sandwich was missing, both straws were cracked and there was a hair in my fiancé drink! Very gross! I ordered off DoorDash and I’d give them a review on there but the app is stupid and won’t let me so DoorDash and Starbucks both just suck! Stick to Dutch bros! Next time I’ll get McDonald’s :/

Nice place and good atmosphere… iam in middle of my trip California to Oregon. Unexpected work able to complete quickly.
We needed to stop for a rest/drink on our drive from Napa to Bend. First time stopping in Anderson, pleasant! I made a mistake in ordering my husband’s coffee and they made me another drink right away. Business started to pick up as we got there. Bathroom can be a bit more tidy but the drive thru got busy so it was to be expected. Decor inside was nice. Lovely manager and staff with the nice mohawk was on top of it! Thank you for taking care of us.

I ordered a peppermint white hot chocolate which I have purchased before. The peppermint was so strong it tasted terrible and I couldn't taste the white chocolate. I took it back and asked for another one without the peppermint. When I tried it, it was bitter and again didn't taste like white chocolate at all. I drank a little and threw the rest away. I was very disappointed.
