Ever since this location in particular has sold ownership and begun new management, it's been nothing but disappointing. The quality of the food is not what it was. The service is poor. And their "deals" and "promotions" are a joke. Not to mention the prices are outrageous and wanting nothing short of the blood of your firstborn. Hurry up and go under so a new restaurant can be established or go back to the old owners.

This location regularly has issues with customer service and order accuracy. I was hoping that seeing some new faces recently could have changed this. It appears that only management might correct some historic deficiencies.

Monday 11-19-23 I went to Subway on McMurray. Got a 6" ham for hairdresser and thought I'd get av12" plain roast beef for my husband. PLAIN ROAST BEEF. The total came to 25.37. Over 18.00 for a plain roast beef 12" sandwich. I deleted the 12" from the order. How dare they charge me over the double the price on their price board. Suborama from now on. Never again Subway. Never again.

I had a 30 min lunch went to subway to get a bite then waited 15 minutes in line while there was only 2 customers they was helping taking there sweet time charged them while there was 3 worker standing around doing nothing while I was waiting,then they decided to let the 2 customers leave out the door then they decided to help me and tell my my choice of meat was out of stock ,so I wasted 20 minutes now and I had to go back to lunch so I skipped lunch that day and had no food because of poor customer service and communication

The service was great. I believe the cashiers name was Vinny. He was polite and when I accidentally placed my card in backwards he made it seems like it was no big deal and made me feel relieved for not wasting their time. Had a polite conversation about work and had good energy. Other places I had experiences where employees were not happy. He seemed to enjoy his job. Made my sandwiches quickly and how I wanted without mistakes.

i am 14 years old. i used to love subway. sooo much. and not anymore. genuinely never going there again. choosing subarama for the rest of my life because subway has genuinely gone so far downhill. when i say i want a sandwich. i want a real sandwich. when the ads online show a beutiful sandwich filled with everything. that's what i and everyone expects. when i ask for some olives, please do not put 4 olives. and when i ask for ham, please do not put 2 small slices of ham. the portions have gotten so bad that it's not even a sandwich anymore, it's just bread. absolutely distasteful and so sad. please read this and fix ur system because this is just very sad. also my chips are stale.

The only reason that I'm giving a 2 instead of a 1 is because of the young lady with short brown hair (Shaleigh, or a name that is close to it) who took over making our sandwiches. She was sweet, bubbly, and at least acted like she wanted to be there. Now, I wish that I could say the same for the blonde young lady (she didn't have a name tag) who rang us up! I think the blonde needs to find a different job or an attitude adjustment! She was professional but acted like she would rather be ANYWHERE than there. She definitely needs some more training on her customer service skills. It's the 3rd time that I've been by there, and she has been outside smoking every time. The last time, I just drove off because she had the same look on her face and it was close to closing time. There was NO way that I was going to order a sandwich! When we pulled into the parking lot this evening around 6:00, she had the SAME look on her face! It was like she was saying GO AWAY! It didn't change by the time she came back in, either! Everyone has bad days, but come on! Three times in a row in a span of a month, no way! I've worked in customer service for over 30 years. I would fire someone or put them on the schedule for only a couple of hours until they quit if they acted like that! I never write reviews, but I felt that something needed to be said! I wonder how many customers have walked out because of her?

Excellent sandwichs. We used our couple from the mail ads. 2 foot longs for 13.99. I wondered if they were going to go light on our sandwiches because of the coupon price. But our sandwiches were done very nicely

I came through a few day ago with my daughter for lunch. I had ordered 2 footlongs with add ons. I had to call the store once we got to our picnic location because the add on's I paid for were not on either sandwich and neither was 1 of the sauces my daughter requested on hers. The gentleman took my name and number and said he would call me in the morning to resolve, as he was leaving the store. It's been 3 days and I still haven't received a phone call. If that is how management works and to resolve situations, you just sweep them under the rug after making a false promise, I will not be returning with my family. It's unfortunate as it was our favorite subway in town.
