WTH is wrong with this abomination this is the worst form of torture an American could ever be subjected to. Way too slow I’ve been in the Bay Area with faster service they serve like 6-10 cars before 1 lobby person absolutely horrible need to get it together waited 25 minutes for my order of a 5 layer and. Slow as can be usually up to 45 minute wait they employees move slow and play to much only work well when the store manager is in otherwise 👎👎👎👎👎 It seems to have gotten a little better at times but sometimes very slow still. They seem to move slower when there is more people I've only seen a couple that work hard there

Expect to wait 30 minutes or more for your food. I ordered 2 burritos and it took forever. I asked for a free drink or cinnamon twists fur the wait. The guy at the window said that the manager said they couldn’t give out free stuff. Sounds like it’s a recurring issue that they take so long making food and people ask for something for free.
