We were in town for a big cross country meet and stopped by with a large group. They were totally unprepared for the crowd from the meet. The food was good but they didn’t have enough servers. We should have left when we realized the situation or they should have told us they couldn’t handle our group size. Mistakes all around. If we were back in town, I would give them another chance since the food was pretty good, but this experience was not good.
Staff were friendly. I had the special of the week which was tamales they were great

I called for a reservation for 6 people. They gave our table away to another party. When we were finally seated a woman came around telling us they had a big to go order that was going to impact service. We decided to order anyway. The one basket of chips she brought was stale and the salsa was tasteless. We waited over an hour for our food which was very mediocre. One waiter and one cook in the kitchen. Probably one of the worst Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to. Should have hit up Taco Bell.
We waited an hour to get our food. The food is not what you ordered, and the waitress is very rude, she is also the cook and the hostess. No service at all, we had to get our own napkins and ask for small plates. All our food came out missing something or opposite of what we ordered. It does not taste good, or you taste something is missing. The waitress pretends she doesn't speak English as an excuse for very low-quality service. Don't go there for lunch because that is the worse time. Will never go there again.

I stopped here for lunch while in the area for work. I ordered the quesabirria, and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. The quesabirria was so good that I was able to forget about the lackluster chips and salsa that were initially brought out. 10 out of 10, I will return for the Quesabirria.

Honestly best Mexican food around. I am a full timer in Arnold this restaurant came recommended from a highly reliable source in Murphy’s. In one word, DELICIOUS! Fish tacos best I’ve had in years and the tacos Vampiro ? SOOOO HOT YET SOOOOO GOOD! Makes my mouth water thinking about it ?

Nice place, good food and great selection of menu items. We had the mochajete which is a lot of work to make but it was delicious. I felt so incredibly sorry for the waitress. She was by herself, and when we first walked in there were only 2 other tables full, but that changed fairly quickly. Plus there were a lot of take out orders in addition to a big party, but she kept a smile on her face and she had a great attitude the entire time. There was also only one cook but they still did a great job.

Perfect portion sizes and good food. We were on vacation and decided to have dinner here since it was one of the few places open. We will visit again in the future!

Unfortunately I ordered a carne asada burrito. It was the worst burrito I've ever had. I said light beans, and there were no beans. It was supposed to be carne asada, but there was hardly any meat, and no flavor. It was basically a rice burrito with a barely noticable amount of meat. I took 3 bites, opened it up to see if that's all I was going to get, amd left the rest uneaten. Paid $15 for a coke and a terrible mostly uneaten burrito. They do have more options, and if you go I hope you have a better experience, but I will not go back.

Large portions. Fresh chips and salsa before ordering. Chili rellanos lovely. Came with a creamy potato with peppers- yummy. Unexpected delight. Chix fajitas were plentiful and nicely seasoned.

A lunch fail. We ordered simple basic items (chicken fajitas, chicken tacos) and waited 90 minutes for our food. Hardly anyone else was there so not sure why. Taste was very bland and the chicken in the fajitas was chewy and dry. Would not recommend.

Stopped by for dinner after a round of golf at Greenhorn. Restaurant is located downtown right off of main street which goes through town. Restaurant is fairly small, with only about 6 tables. There was only one waitress working, and although it was a Monday, the restaurant filled up and this affected the level of service.
Did not find any combinations which included entrees with rice & beans, so I ended up ordering two items a la carte (including the highly-recommended Chile Rilleno). Food was good, but nothing to write home about. My wife had a taco salad, which she really didn't care for.
Decided to try it based on the favorable reviews, but don't think we will return.
