Manager seemed out of it! Food was wrong for the car before me and of-course my food was wrong also..the is only mcdonalds I'm being charged ranch and BBQ sauce regardless of what I ordered! I would give it less then 1 star if I could.

at the drive thru ordered sausage biscuits with egg and cheese. received a dry biscuits with what tasted like soured sausage, had to throw them away, was over price, just awful

This place sucks! My nuggets are ALWAYS COLD. I went to Sonora McDonald's today and it wasn't even busy, only two of us in drive thru and everything was FRESH! Which just proves to me how much this place sucks. I'm not even kidding only one time on a saturday afternoon, did I get fresh hot food. You go there and spend thirty or forty dollars and get one fresh item!!!! And everything else is cold! The last time I went went my nuggets tasted like cardboard. I should have went back in. Next time they mess up, i'm going back in and demanding They remake it! period! and give me a refund! Matter of fact, i'm not even gonna let it get that far! I'm gonna make sure the manager takes my order. And i'm gonna tell them exactly this. You guys have burnt me too many times i've wasted too much money.

wish i could put zero instead of one. i’ve been here multiple times and the same rude teenager is always there. she often talks badly upon her coworkers and manager at work, out loud, in front of customers. it’s a shame she hasn’t been fired yet. poor management and lack of kind employees. the same teenager has a snotty tone when talking to customers, as if that’ll boost their sales. she is a white girl with short brown hair. she will even talk badly about you in your face with her coworkers, i am never coming here again and wouldn’t advise others to go here either.

This McDonald's is like any other average McDonald's really, they got my order right which a very small order consisting of one meal and a slush type drink. The restrooms weren't too clean and the customer service was friendly enough. Overall I was satisfied with my visit and did not have any high expectations even with the place being busy for Memorial Day weekend. It's a McDonald's and it's conveniently located right off the highway. I would stop here again if necessary.
