I went through the drive-thru to get breakfast this morning. They had me pull around and park. I was sitting there for over 10 minutes before walking inside to see where my food was. I told the girl I had been waiting outside for 10 minutes. She gave me attitude about how they were working on the mcmuffins. Finishing it with a passive-aggressive, hun. I told her she didn't need to give me attitude. When a customer comes in wondering why it's taking so long, you apologize for the wait and see what the progress is. Not give the customer attitude. I will no longer pull around and park for your fake drive thru times. You're going to know you're performing poorly. And you will get in trouble with your managers. All because your people have no customer service. Over 10 MINUTES. I watched guys walk in and eat and come out the same time I did. The manager guy did nothing. No apologies.

We stopped for mcflurrys. I have to say out of all the McDonald's I've ever visited, these were the first well served oreo mcflurrys...the didn't fill the ice cream cup but it had a lot of oreos which others lack. The creaminess of the ice cream was off though. I was trying to figure out if they changed the recipe or what happed.
