Tonight I have to give five stars, I am on crutches and the young lady offered and brought my food to my car for me, she was very polite she was attentive to what I ordered and made it correctly they have a good employee right there and I hope they keep her as I have seen many people go through this location, but with her customer service and attitude is amazing, thank you so much!

Today is August 29, 2023 and it is about 515- 5:30 in the evening we went into order, three sandwiches, and a salad my mom is a diabetic, and she loves their salads. She has to have some type of carb to balance out her blood sugar when she eats . So we order a 6 inch piece of bread. When we go to any other subway San Andreas ,Valley Springs pretty much any other subway they will sell us a 6 inch piece of bread. Angels camp told us that they cannot sell us a 6 inch piece of bread. They can only sell us a whole 6” sandwich and give us the 6 inch piece of bread they have charge us for all the stuff that comes on a sandwich when we don’t want all the stuff that comes on it! The two girls that were working were very rude. I feel that the customer service was horrible. Usually when you go in somewhere and you asked for something especially when it’s a diet issue, they will accommodate you. These girls didn’t even care to try. And we’re very rude about it.

the two women purple hair and brown hair were so incredibly inpatient and rude. the lady with brown hair was being so horrible to a customer who had a language barrier. every time i come in one of them is so rude and have horrible attitudes. makes me not want to come ESPECIALLY when both of them are there. the blonde lady was so nice and patient taking our orders which made it a little better. to be completely honest they both need to be gone or talked to. how embarrassing

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. No ordered a footling club. Supposed to have 3 different kinds of meat- not one slice (small piece) only. I called the store. In a sharp tone a girl answered and told me I was rude, and she hung up on me. Tried calling back and no answer. They messed with the wrong person is all I’m gonna say.

Every subway I've gone to I've been able to pick whatever veggies and sauce I want on my sandwich. This angry little Asian lady tells me what I can and can't have on my sandwich. She also had a very rude tone especially to this older lady after me who could barely hear and kept rushing her. Not okay in any buisness.

My husband is in the hospital for E-COLI and the Manager Jimmy will not return My call. He had a Steak & cheese Sandwich, which He loved the Hefty helping only to find out this might kill Him as He is a Transplant Kidney survivor. Jimmy did call me back finally but He quickly dismissed me saying other people would be sick as well, so he had no plans of doing anything to his meat storing process. Now I need to take the next step and report him to the department or let the Hospital report it.
