First they told us that they were out of ground beef and they were cooking more, then we left and came back to learn they gave our entire order of 3 party packs to someone claiming to be a doordasher.. We actually pre-ordered this order via the mobile app with a scheduled pick up time of 9pm and we just got our food, it's exactly 9:46.
No accountability, no compensation.

Come on now. Taco Bell is everyone’s guilty pleasure you don’t want to admit. This one is clean, clean bathrooms, friendly staff but seem to always be training someone on the line (not surprising all fast food places have high turnover. Always Tacobell tasty I can’t resist that bean burrito with extra cheese and onions!

I love their tacos, but the service inside was terrible. I stood there a good 10 minutes before I was waited on. There weren't any other customers waiting during that time.

They ask if you want sauce, but don't give it to you. Sign says they open at 9, here it is 9:05am and still have a locked door. BE BETTER

Terrible service, unable to help with anything, give extreme attitude when trying to sort something out on the app, have no patience, food always cold by time I get home and I live a minute away. Been a consistent experience so will not be going back.

Such a clean and well built taco bell! Kind staff, clean bathrooms, quick service, and they gave us forks in our mobile order (unlike other locations) ALSO I paid for extra chicken and they actually gave me EXTRA chicken! Love you guys, thank you!
