The tutorials that I ordered seem to have skipped on product.The customer service was fine. Except for there seem to be more employees on break eating in the dining room , then there was working. Oftentimes employees that were working were out mingling with those that were on break.

I love Mexican pizza and drive 12 miles to get it. It is difficult to eat in the car so I ate inside. I didn't really enjoy my meal because it was sooooo cold in the dining room.

Let me start this review on a positive note. When I was younger this location of Taco Bell was great and amazing and went above and beyond for its customers. Fast forward to the year 2023 and it has gone severely downhill! I have had it with this location being so terrible! Every time I order from there I never get my full order! The scumbag employees know they can short people items they ordered to save a few moments of effort in the drive through. What ever happened to the manager checking orders to make sure everyone gets exactly what they ordered. The ambiance of this place looks all nice and professional but after shorting people items they ordered it's all just a facade. I would highly recommend staying away from this location and making the drive to Jamestown, CA where they actually care about the customers orders and not short people items they paid for!

Kyle and Jess were very respectful and helpful. But the female night manager was very disrespectful and forgot some of our items and refused to correct her mistake. She stressed out my pregnant fiancé with how she spoke to her. I feel that with how her attitude is towards customers, she has no place working in customer service.
