You walk in and literally nobody says ANYTHING to you. Even the manager walked past us twice. Then when they finally acknowledge you, they act like want it to be over as soon as possible. Then for some reason, they stopped doing free ice cream for the kids meals. We're done going here.

Female Manager Emmaleen at 2 pm shift took our order, manager incompetent and shouldn't be paid as much as she is, in a completely dead and empty restaurant. Manager also has horrible customer service skills, argumentative and I should've just asked for my money back and let her deal with the loss!! This place is struggling and skimps every corner DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

This part of KFC by the way we have in Linda one of kind restaurant enjoyable this came here also love the food enjoyable and it surrounding area are i the car doesn't matter same area great customer service and great experience every time

Ordered a PaPa Burger and side of onion rings and asked for BQ sauce. The PaPa burger didn't have the usual sauce, no tomato and a few pieces of lettuce and very little onions and worst of all only one slice of pickle. Could have gone to McDonalds for 1/2 the price. And no BQ sauce for the onion rings. Usually the PaPa Burger is great but not this time.

Food was dried out. Also ordered a chili dog that was super heated up. Server seemed to be foolishly playing a only put one thin napkin in a bag containing two orders, fries had excessive salt on them. Probably because I requested fries with no salt. I was so disappointed. The food was horrible I wish I hadn’t ever visited that place

Food was over cooked, fries had a ton of salt, was given one very thin napkin with a chili cheese dog that was leaking due to excessive heat from microwave. Food had time/temperature abuse. I won’t return to this store. I was not taken seriously

The quality of the food was undoubtedly old dried out, Herat abused. Fries had excessive salt, chilled dog was over heated to the point of melting styrofoam container. I plan on making some call today as this was ridiculous. And to add insult to injury I had two orders in one bag with only one napkin. There were people in there seemingly upset because I requested no salt on the fries so extra sail was added, and my burger was dry as the desert and old as old. I'm insulted
If you can go to another A&W-KFC restaurant just do it, this skinny Caucasian girl at the drive through window does not have the best customer service she was loud and likes to cut customers off and the cherry on top was that they messed up my order. Happened today 11/05/21 in the evening. Please hire people that actually want to work.

Ordered a papa burger and a spicy papa burger. At no point was hold the tomatoes mentioned. Got to regular papa burgers no spicy. Seriously can't get a two item order correct. You should be ashamed of yourselves

Hadn't been to an A&W in a long time as the restaurants Down in the bay area closed near my old house. Recently moved up to antelope and decided to stop in for a hamburger and a hamburger patty for the dog riding shotgun Nobody in front of me nobody behind me.Apparently they had to cook the patty special and made me pull around the other side of the building and wait. they had to cook a hamburger patty special? said they would bring it out. 20 minutes later I had to approach the drive-through window Walking between cars as the indoor dining was closed-doors locked. The woman was shocked to see me because she knew she forgot my order. She looked over at the cook they threw together a quick hamburger and threw a patty in a box nothing special about it. Too many fast food choices down Watt Avenue to go through that again.

Dude legit f*** this place. At night it is CASH ONLY. Last night around 9:44 pm I was the only customer and waited over 15 minutes in the parking lot. Then one of the workers came to the door and realized we were still there, 5 minutes passed and still nothing. I went up to the door and this young guy came out of the frozen food storage and saw me, so he came over to me. I said "hey man what's up with the wait, I'm legit the only customer here," he apologized and said 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later, this same first young worker with big ol ugly looking hair finally came out with my order. Wow, all that wait just for some crappy food that I was no longer in the mood for anymore. Also, their "Sierra mist" is just carbonated water.
