I hate to do this but... As someone who cannot have dairy, I was thankful that I could order the Non-Dairy Jamoca Chip flavor on DoorDash (though they don't have it on display when you actually go in which is kind of a bummer). However, tonight I ordered it alongside some for my kids and instead I received Old Fashioned Butter Pecan. That has dairy, and nuts, which I cannot eat. I thought maybe it was a random mistake so I reordered it with the credits and asked that if the flavor isn't in stock that they contact me. I received my order and it was the same pecan flavor. I don't know if it's mislabeled in the store or if they aren't bothering to contact me but as someone who has to avoid certain food items, it's very frustrating receiving something TWICE that I absolutely cannot eat.

Showed up at 920 they close at ten. Most of the ice cream was already put away they told me I could only have what they had out. They were taking them back in front of me as they said this

I strongly advise against giving your business to this place. I had a terrible experience. While I understand you close at 10 and may want to leave early, that’s no excuse for poor customer service. My brother and I were met with cold stares, no greeting, and bad attitudes. If the staff doesn’t want to work there, they should find another job. Do better.

I thought this location closed at ten but apparently it’s eight thirty, cause when we walked in it was like we didn’t exist, it must have been because we were to quiet she didn’t hear us over her air pods, then after walking into the back and comming back out after getting a door dash order finally hits us with a “what can I get you”. Said they were out of hot fudge but I could clearly see it sitting on the counter out of the warmer. I don’t know what’s colder, the ice cream or the girls blank stare as I said have a great day.

I ate at togos and was going to get ice cream how ever the menu was very hard to read and there was not a lot of selections. When it came to my ice cream I didn't get it, do to employee with hair in the face and they were touch the hair and face, then food with put washing there hands and no gloves. To top it all off started to popping a coworkers achme in front of everyone to see. NEVER GO HERE NOT SANITARY!!!!!! if I could give 0 stars I would.
I am boycotting. You guys gotta change your hours of you don't want to serve customers before 10pm. I work at a restaurant and if someone comes in at 9:55 I welcome the customer with open arms. The one who scooped my ice cream was sweet. (It took me 45 seconds to get what I wanted) and the other was so rude. This is the second time. The other time they told me I couldn't have an flavors on the left side because they had them covered. (Even though it wasn't closing time)I'll be heading to bel air and just get a carton for the same price from now on.
