I was in the drive through yesterday and I was behind the owner of this Dutch. I could hear her interacting with her employees. She was giving a couple of them their Christmas presents. I rolled down my window because I was so fascinated by her interactions with each and every employee. She was kind, she was genuine, she was compassionate. It’s no wonder that every single employee here is happy and genuinely make something as simple as getting coffee, a wonderful experience....

Dutch Bros is pretty good. I just always have to ask for an extra shot of espresso I remember when Dutch Bros used to already have pack a punch as far as caffeine. Now in order to get the real caffeine fixed, you have to ask for an extra shot. The young ladies that were working. They're very nice and respectful. It's just sometimes they talk too much, and I'll be having to go to work. Or pick my daughter up from school? But overall, they're pretty good.

Today was my first day being disappointed. I always go to the walk up window however I was disappointed and had to leave without a drink. There was a customer who had issues ordering through the mobile app. And they were having trouble finding the order. I just feel she could have taken my order and let the rest of the team make my drink while she resolved the issue with the other person. 😕
