I'm giving this because I wanted to use the last of the 6 BOGO of my fundraiser card that I bought a few years ago.. that card had no expiration that's why I haven't used it sooner.. I was told they don't accept those anymore since a year ago.. that was a bummer.. smoothies are way too expensive anyways, so I wanted to get that bogo deal, but no. If you say NO EXPIRATION than please respect it

The fact that I come here mainly for the vegan substitutions and now they’re charging more for it is disappointing. Why do they have to charge someone for exchanging an ingredient out for a more healthy option?!!! On top of that I’ve been waiting 15 minutes as I’m seeing the workers mainly focus on mobile orders. If that’s what takes priority over in person customers, then that needs to change.

This is the second time I buy an Acai bowl and is just half way the usual amount, I only comes because my daughter likes it but this is the second time , the first time I complained to the employees and they added more yogurt to it but this time I want management to see it because perhaps is not the employees they are just following directions from management, if you continue cheating on portions fro your customer you will loose more budget that’s just giving the correct amount, is very obvious when the bowl is just half way of the usual amount, some employees do their job right but others they even give you the look. Please educate your employees to not cheat on the amount of yogurt on acai bowls or drinks.

Only issue i have is paying $22 for 2 pretty small smoothies. Way too expensive.
I have never been so mad ,humiliated, in one's life. I waited in line. Iplace my order, I hand this young lady U.S. currency,(silver dollars) She says sir we can't except these! Why not I say, she says,there not dollar bill's I ask for the manager she agrees w/her employee I ask her to read what's printed on front and back of coins ,us currency,one dollar in God we trust. Sir she says your holding up the line. No you are I said ,I ordered I wish to pay I was born and raised here and that's the cash I carry call the law. There more ,but you all get the picture.

I went into this establishment at 8:45 AM and there was no one there from the employees. no one in the room at all. I was there for 5 minutes and called the staff several times, but no one answered and did not come out to me. I had to leave without ordering anything, and I was in a hurry to work and wanted to buy smoothies and waffles for breakfast.

Really bad. I came for oatmeal and it wasn't done. I waited and he said it would be longer and he could give me a refund. So the girl came out, strained it and had him give it to me. It was rock hard. The guy was sweet. Offered to give me a refund. The chick? I'm not sure if she a manager or what but id suggest getting someone else in there. I tossed the oatmeal and was out 6$. I felt for the guy because he knew it wasn't edible. She was hiding in the back. (I think she knew what she did wasn't ok)
