weird that this place received so much bad reviews. i ordered online for 3 pot pies, 3 two piece meals, & a chicken sandwich & everything came out properly. the pot pies were even hot enough to burn my mouth, sandwich was a little dry, but that’s not a big deal. overall, everything was ready by the time i drove there, no food was missing, and everything was packaged nicely.

What is wrong with this place!! I live across the street and wake up to so much noise at 3am in the morning. I look out my window and looks like they’re pressure washing their building? Are you serious? Doing this in the middle of the night should be illegal…. Have some respect for the people who live around!

I was told not to go to this KFC and I didn’t listen, I gave it a shot anyways thinking just because I saw bad reviews it couldn’t possibly be this bad. I was wrong! .I went to this location and it was horrible. They gave me pieces of chicken I didn’t want, because they can’t count. The employees look like convicts. And you can tell they don’t change the frying grease as they should by how the chicken tastes and the kitchen floor was cluttered with trash.. I rarely go to kfc for myself. This visit was for a friend. Avoid this location.

They were polite but sent me to park out front to wait when I only ordered drinks after over 5 mins I just went in and had them give me the cups and got my own hand cancelled my float.

Please never order from this location. They had orders that were hour long wait, while all the employees were walking around and just taking a long time just to make one order. I have never left a good or negative comment at any restaurants I usually go by "don't like don't order again rule" but this one was the worst experience of my life. I ordered online and it said my order was ready but when I walked in to get the order nobody approached me until 30 minutes later ( I wanted to leave but my food was already paid for)/They had enough employees to get the job done but for some reason nobody cared .. ( besides one girl) I've seen every single employee working including the girl I just mentioned go outside to give food to customer and come back inside and proceed to make food for next customer without washing hands. I love KFC but not this location

I wanted a 16 piece dark meat only(legs and thighs) as no body in my family likes white meat. The staff here said i cant order dark only! So i offered to buy each piece individually (i don't care about the price) they said absolutely not!! UNBELIEVABLE A CHICKEN RESTAURANT WOULDN'T SELL ME THE CHICKEN I WANTED!! sooo i went to Popeyes they sold me my legs and thighs I'm actually glad i went to Popeyes the chicken is so much better and so is the customer service!

Seems they can't get the orders correct. They keep shorting my chicken pieces every time I order a large family meal. It's not that hard to count. Very disappointed with their poor customer service. An 8 year old kid can count up to 20. This is like the 3rd times I order from that location. And for them to repeatedly short my chickens is embarrassing. They just need to hired someone that is competent and love their job.
