Worst customer service ever! Rude employees was told this is how large frys are filled see picture attached that they are weighed. The owner needs to get his act together and hire competent people to work there

This is an average McDonald's. The food tastes nice with the chicken nuggets and the fries. The service is nice but sometimes they don't have my order done when it comes out. For some reason, it seems greasy, dirty, and sticky. The design in the McDonald's is better than a usual McDonald's. For these reasons, it has been rated 3 stars.

I visited the McDonald’s on Walegra Road with my three kids to order hashbrowns and a coffee. I was advised that they don’t make coffee anymore because it’s a national hazard. I advise that the McDonald’s 10 miles away. Still makes coffee because I was just there the other day and they advise that they shouldn’t be using the machine. I said I don’t think that’s true because I went to another McDonald’s last week and they also make coffee the woman named Linda then close the window on me and told me to go visit that McDonald’s then. I had to pull up to the first window to get a manager to advise what just took place at the second window. The manager went ahead and placed my order and then I was able to pay and get the food and she was the one who let me know what that lady’s name was at the front window.
Fries was cold and soggy. This happened 3 times in a month.

Drink not filled all the way. Fries box not filled. Workers lack basic customer service skills. $20 an hour and yall still are not happy. Lines are too long to deal with the skim in food/drink along with the employees' lack of customer service skills. Do better.
