Drink not filled all the way. Fries box not filled. Workers lack basic customer service skills. $20 an hour and yall still are not happy. Lines are too long to deal with the skim in food/drink along with the employees' lack of customer service skills. Do better.
Food is what you pay for. Atmosphere was fine. Went through the drive thru. What I didn't like was they didn't listen when I placed my order and forgot to add an item. After I paid and got to the pick up window, they handed me my food and forgot an item. I told them the item they forgot and the lady told me I didn't pay for it and was rude. I would have to go back through the drive thru or come inside. I didn't want to go back through the drive thru because...
Special order was not right on 2 burgers. No lettuce request had extra lettuce. Extra pickles had no pickles. Staff in the 2nd drive through were great. Went the extra mile to locate my order that was mistakenly ordered to be picked up inside.
