I have been a few times and it is always an absolutely ridiculous wait amd experience. They do not call for restocking when items are low, I always have to ask and then they take an additional 10 minutes. It should not take 20+ minutes to get through the line. I frequent the Panda in DOCO, they really keep the line moving, constantly calling out what needs replenished, etc. .... this location does not and they show no since of urgency.

The food was really bad, no flavor on the chow main, The orange chk was over cooked, And The rice was burn, I could of tell them since it was 2 plates. But I didn't want to be that person. I'll be back to this same place next year, hopefully they have better people cooking by then.

Not only do you arrive and there's no chow main, between you order 3 plated and they give you the smallest portions!! The worst part is, they MESS up your order. You ask the cashier to mix the drinks but instead overcharges me 5 drinks!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, SMALL PORTIONS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..OVERCHARGED FOR FOOD NEVER RECEIVED .

Sold me an iced tea , only telling me after I paid that they were out. That's cool it happens whenever but when I asked for my money back they told me that there was nothing they could do because I had already paid and that is not cool. I know it's a little thing but it's not cool to charge someone for something they didn't get then refuse to do anything about it.

I met with a friend for dinner and it was very cold inside. I understand it was a very cold day but the draft from the door opening so often made it a little uncomfortable to sit and enjoy our meal. Fast service is appreciated but customer service is more important. The person taking the orders felt rushed.
