Paid $45 for a cold pizza. Service has just gotten worse and worse over time. Round table used to be a staple for pizza places around Sacramento. Now it’s a cash grab with sub par service. Really unfortunate.

This location is becoming more and more disappointing. Although the food is good and the staff are generally friendly, their slowness and poor work ethics really deter me from going here. It also is 100% why I rarely tip. The long wait times are ridiculous. The app will tell me that my food will be ready at a certain time, but every time when I arrive, the food is either still cooking or hasn’t even been prepared. Tonight when my husband, friend, and I arrived, they couldn’t find our order. The girl in the front said it would be just a few minutes. It turned into roughly 20-25 minutes. While we were waiting, we noticed there were roughly 8 tables that hadn’t been cleared off or cleaned. A bunch of teens or young adults kept goofing off in the side section with the staff members. One staff member there was pretending to clean tables in that section, but the table he was wiping wasn’t even dirty. The girl from the front was standing on top of the booth seats to collect cheese shakers. This isn’t your house, kids. This is a place of business, and although it may not be your dream job, you still need to show some kind of pride in your work. Stop taking what you have for granted, and see your job as your opportunity to learn people skills, manners, and basic workplace principles. This review isn’t meant to be just another rant from an unhappy customer. It’s meant to be used as a wake up call to the staff members here. If you want better reviews, tips, and satisfied customers, you HAVE to put in the effort.

Not sure how they manage to be as rude as they are, but it seems to be some kind of art form preformed by the dyed hair youngsters... If you like a little kindness with your pizza, you will prefer either of the Roundtable's at Antelope and 80 or Antelope and Sunrise, both have far better service! Been a customer for 30 years, and seen the good and bad, but this next level rude service.

This is a little bit late but I saved my receipt on my desk, so I didn't forget to write this well-deserved review. The place was pretty understaffed when we came in (1:00pm on 01JULY2025). The server (Anthony P.) accompanied by a middle aged female were absolutely OUTSTANDING! We made a custom order, and they killed it. The food was perfect. It took a long time, but we knew they were super short staffed and weren't worried about it at all. These two busted their butts to take orders, make pies, serve food, and bus tables when they could. The service, and food was phenomenal. This was one of the best experiences I've had at this store. I have mostly good experiences here, but it can go downhill from time to time. Very much reassured by Anthony and his co-worker to come back again! Fantastic job y'all!
