I got the bagel street special + blended coffee but this place is pretty expensive because those two items totaled to $20. It took around 10-15 mins to get my items and one person ahead of me in the queue, pretty decently average wait time.It might be ok if you’re planning to spend the day working there in the cafe but otherwise seems overpriced. Not sure if they have outlets or WiFi but I saw some others with laptops there.

I simply wanted a bagel the worker wanted an argument. After charging $12.50 the condescending way she didn't " charge me for the veggies " that ultimately rubbed me the wrong way. It wasn't that I asked for hot pastrami and it was made cold at 1st. It also wasn't them speaking in their native tounge asking questions about me and my order....I speak Spanish too no biggie. But the way the lil masculine woman yelled at me and slammed the sandwich in the trash when I said I'm sorry I no longer want the sandwich which had been made and re made. My only question is why was she / he them or they was so angry? I'm so confused she didn't even make it. She's embarrassing. She/he/ them/ they kept saying "next time" I was like ummmmm negative there will never be another next time and if you keep yelling I will email corporate. Ruined my lunch...head back to work with nothing but a bunch of questions.

Order online to avoid any mix-ups or confusion. My favorite is lox with spinach with bagel substituted by roll at no extra charge. Inside store atmosphere is dark and cluttered - take out is best way to go!

I called in my ordered so I can pick up on the way to work and I didn’t want to risk waiting in a potential line. I asked for scallion cream cheese on both bagels. I said it 3 times on the phone and she repeated my order. So why did I get plain cream cheese on my bagels . And the person who took my order rang me up , so I’m confused why no one said anything . My coworker happened to call in her order as well and they messed hers up too! I bought the Joes Mango Lemonade as well and it has a funky taste and smell. No expiration date on bottle so if your passing off old drinks y’all need to fix your stock. What’s going on?!?

So they over charge you if you want both bacon and sausage on the 'bacon egg & sausage' the new atm machine double charged my bank and altho im not going to be charged $100 for breakfast in the long run, i will say these people did tie-up every dollar i had on my day off with my bank screwed up for the next 7-14 days. The ladies working here are always nice to my girlfriend so i keep going but im getting frustraited with this place ngl. Food is great, smoothies are awesome, service and menu system is complete trash.
