I placed my order through DoorDash and when I chose the gourmet cheddar bagel there was no additional fee applied. So why was this note on my receipt?!!! When I called to express my concerns and disappointment of this note, no apology was given. The lady told me they used please and thank you so it was not “rude”. The issue is NOT with the customer but with DoorDash and the options that we are given when we make an order! I deserve an apology!

Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit. While I was there, the employee behind the counter was laughing with the manager during a phone call with a customer—apparently over a mistake where they forgot to include part of the customer’s order. Shortly after, she got my own order wrong as well. Definitely not the kind of service I expect or would return for.

I got the bagel street special + blended coffee but this place is pretty expensive because those two items totaled to $20. It took around 10-15 mins to get my items and one person ahead of me in the queue, pretty decently average wait time.It might be ok if you’re planning to spend the day working there in the cafe but otherwise seems overpriced. Not sure if they have outlets or WiFi but I saw some others with laptops there.

I simply wanted a bagel the worker wanted an argument. After charging $12.50 the condescending way she didn't " charge me for the veggies " that ultimately rubbed me the wrong way. It wasn't that I asked for hot pastrami and it was made cold at 1st. It also wasn't them speaking in their native tounge asking questions about me and my order....I speak Spanish too no biggie. But the way the lil masculine woman yelled at me and slammed the sandwich in the trash when I said I'm sorry I no longer want the sandwich which had been made and re made. My only question is why was she / he them or they was so angry? I'm so confused she didn't even make it. She's embarrassing. She/he/ them/ they kept saying "next time" I was like ummmmm negative there will never be another next time and if you keep yelling I will email corporate. Ruined my lunch...head back to work with nothing but a bunch of questions.

Order online to avoid any mix-ups or confusion. My favorite is lox with spinach with bagel substituted by roll at no extra charge. Inside store atmosphere is dark and cluttered - take out is best way to go!
