Excellent customer service, ladies are on it!! I've only ate the breakfast omelette but good food and easy on the pocket. Good food is almost impossible these days.

Arrived yesterday via Uber to grab a bite while I waited for my car service to be finished. Some rude lady yells were closed very rudely without any explanation. Then she proceeds to scream across the parking lot at two guys getting out of a truck that had pulled in before getting in her car and driving off. Attitude was not required and enough to make me say I will never be back. Long time customer (since I was a kid, now I am almost 40) with Murray. Was going to give the new owners a try but after yesterday experience I won't be back. I don't expect them to stay in business for long.

Was on hold for 20 minutes until I finally hung up and spent another 30 minutes trying to call back. Sure isn't the same service as when Murry owned it!

Came in for breakfast on the weekend. It took about 45mins after ordering for the food to arrive which is fine since we had no where to be, but it arrived cold. The scrambled eggs had started to form a skin level of cold. When the plates landed on the table our server said the toast and biscuits and gravy would come out in a minute. We never saw the server again until she brought the check. We told her we did not receive the biscuits nor the toast. She apologized and removed the biscuits and gravy from the check. Did nothing about the missing toast. Really wanted to like this place. Maybe it was an off day.

I had the veggie omelet and pepsi. The pepsi was not right. Also, it's pretty noisy. The old people were yelling at each other. You could also hear dishes crashing from the kitchen. But the place has a real homespun feeling and reasonably priced.

Bridgehead changed owners this year. All for the better as previous owners let the Cafe go down in all areas of food service! Now the new owners have greatly improved quality of service & food. I take friends there often now. Good job BC!

My kids didn’t eat their food so when we got home they wanted to eat their food and I found mold on the bread! I called over 20 times and can’t get an answer! The food wasn’t even that good either! Best going to Brentwood cafe next time!

Waited 10 minutes if not longer to get a menu, and an additional hour for food. We ended up walking out without eating as our food still hadn’t received our food. Will not be coming back, so sad that the new owners have turned this place upside

While growing up in Antioch, I never had the pleasure of eating at the Bridgehead Cafe. Yesterday, after a visit to the cemetery, I ate breakfast there with friends. It was great!! Wonderful old fashioned diner style atmosphere. Our server was kind and attentive. The breakfast was delicious - had linguisa, eggs, rye toast, hash browns, coffee - all excellent size portions too. I wish I had realized this hidden gem 20 years ago. We will definitely be back again.

Food is the same perfectly cooked food, the service however is not what it used to be.They are not open as of twenty minutes ago 6:30 pm yet they advertise open until 9:00pmIts feels as if this great place is going downhill now. Update- just saw the sign on the door informing all take out will be charged an xtra dollar for the styrofoam take out container.A 200 pack is 30 dollars on Amazon- they most likely buy wholesale from supplier- Do the math- its unpalatable - will not return - food all went up and now they want to grift off of styrofoam containers. Incredible.
Food was great and less expensive than expected. We both had a great meal. No complaints. Had a great time watching the game with other patrons. Great friendly and family atmosphere.
