I would say this chick fil a have the best service by far, felt very welcoming, maybe to particular staff who served me, I think she is new and very polite. The food i got was great, the chicken was fresh and crispy, same as the fries and the sweet tea was told the perfect taste, not overly sweet. It make me want to go back the next day after I had my meal. Lol although there were time they forgot my fries, but it all worked out.

Staff is friendly but a bit slow… Meaning I ordered a salad and I have never received a slab of whole uncut chicken in it let alone missing condiments to fulfill my meal.
Also was told a couple of months ago that they could not make me a salad before 10:30 because they were new. But good ol’ PITTSBURG/ANTIOCH ALWAYS be lookin out and makes it clear that I would just have to wait longer for them to make it. (No problem at all with me). So yeah I dislike them every time I go over there expecting it’s a better outcome, but it’s not.

Disappointed with My First Visit
This was my very first visit to the Chick-fil-A in Antioch, and unfortunately, it left a bad impression. I ordered two 3-count boxes of chicken strips, but when I got home, I discovered that one box only had two strips and a dried-up piece of chicken skin. On top of that, they refused to provide extra Chick-fil-A sauce, which felt stingy and unwelcoming.
This level of service was disappointing, especially since I’ve never had an experience like this at other Chick-fil-A locations such as Dublin, Livermore, and Pittsburgh. They’ve always been consistent with both food quality and customer service.
Based on this visit, I’m not sure I’ll be returning to the Antioch location.

Chick fil A is a fake Christian organization that pretends to support the teachings of Jesus to make money off people, then refuses to help people in need, accept Venmo or make any exceptions whatsoever for folks who are robbed, had major life setbacks or are deeply in need. Then they turn around and judge people, condemn others with different views, and support political causes that suppress those who do not support their aims. All while being super profitable making tons of riches and enriching franchise owners. Pharisees indeed. Avoid, Wendy’s is much more wholesome and actually helps people in need
