Me and my fiance went through the drive thru today had the crew member named Gabby who took our order at 7:46pm I usually don't write reviews but this girl was extremely rude my fiance has anxiety so he was having me order and she wouldn't even stay looking at me would literally stand sideways or interrupt our order to talk to someone else or just not pay attention I ordered our meals medium and I ordered the crispy chicken nuggets 12 piece with lemonade and the other meal was the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with no pickles and a lemonade. I told her my name she didn't even pay attention or would say huh and I would repeat it I was even going to spell it for her but she kept saying Noel instead and wouldn't even listen she was so rude my fiance didn't want grilled chicken nuggets no one asked for that my name isn't Noel and to fill the fries with bbq instead of actual fries is crazy we spent $32.79 for a sandwich, two half fries and some grilled chicken nuggets the nuggets aren't even going to be eaten. It's crazy to think as a customer service employee myself and long time one to think we're hiring people like this who are extremely rude and being petty because a boy won't talk to her because she was being nice and attentive to everyone else but I was taking my order and she wouldn't even pay attention to me like wth that's not right at all and to literally not even give the right portions is disgusting especially when we're paying so much after a long day..

Specifically asked for a sausage and egg biscuit and while driving down the road, I began to eat my food and to my surprise it was not what I ordered. I was too far away to go back plus I had an appointment to keep. 🤨🤨

The quality of the food is fine/typical. The first time I went into the restaurant (summer 2025) a woman around 35-45 (manager) was scolding a teenage boy about something he did wrong. She pulled him aside right in front of us. I had no idea what he did wrong and found this to be completely inappropriate.
We always order through the app & if we dine in, our order is usually fine.
We’ve ordered through the app for drive thru pick up probably a dozen times and every single time, something is missing. Usually it’s 1 out of 5 of our drinks (family of 5!) so it’s easy to spot and catch before we leave. The one time it was me & not my husband, they were rude (man in his late 30s-early 40s) when I said I was missing a drink.
Luckily they’ve never forgotten an entree but at least twice we’ve been shorted an order of fries and didn’t notice until we got home.

This Chick fil A is so mid. They fill the fries up halfway if that. The lettuce on my sandwich today was brown and yellow. Tomatoes near rotten. Bread was dry. The food just doesn’t hit the spot, tastes greasy and weird. Kale on my salad was wilted! This place makes me not ever want to go to Chick Fil A again :( Waste of money

The Chick-fil-A in Antioch is always a pleasure to visit! The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and fast, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious—the chicken sandwiches and waffle fries never disappoint. I also appreciate how clean and well-kept the restaurant is, even during busy hours. Drive-thru lines move quickly thanks to the efficient team, and they always get the order right. It’s clear they take pride in great service and quality food. Whether dining in, picking up, or going through the drive-thru, this location delivers excellent customer service every time. Definitely one of the best spots in town for a quick, tasty meal!

Nice clean location. Food great. Staff friendly. In fact our order was missing an item, and not only did they replace that item, they gave each person in our group a free cookie!
The owners are also very involved in helping out the local community like school events, service worker events etc.

Not only are the staff extremely clicky the food quality at this location is continually sub-par. It’s like no one truly cares about their job, seemingly every time I come they see a friend or coworker and want to sit and talk for 30 min while i’m just waiting to order. My food was burnt 2 days ago, and it looked like my sandwich was missing the meat. Drive to another location this one isn’t one I would continue to visit. The atmosphere dosnt feel like a traditional CFA, and the food is not as good and quality as any other CFA i’ve been to. This is extremely sad as this is a new location near me!!!
