I go there quite often and from customer service to quality ice cream, everything is best. This time I ordered a customized cake and they had 24 hour minimum window for custom orders. However I needed the cake earlier and the staff was kind enough to accept my request and prepare my custom cake earlier. Thanks again

i do recommend this location as i find their prices to be very reasonable. not to mention how great the ice cream is. love this place. will go back. jayla gave me lots of ice cream. really happy about the service. if youre looking for a place to cool down durning the hot summer come here. thanks.

Wow, the service is just great! I went with my little sister for her birthday dessert and someone in the shop was causing a scene. An employee who’s name I believe is Jaela was able to calm the distressed customer and still take our order in a timely manner. I’m very impressed with the manners of each of the staff there. The ice cream was great and my little sister told me on the way home that it was her favorite birthday so far.

My mom and I wanted to enjoy some ice cream together but we got and got Horrible service by Jaela R. I wanted to get two different orders. But by making the first over Jeala had a big attitude. I asked for cover on the first order she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the order on the counter. I was really upset I don’t know if I’m even welcome to this location. I don’t understand why the attitude to me maybe because my mom and I are Latinas. I didn’t place the second order because her horrible attitude and service. I paid for my first order but My mom and I walked out.

They skimp out on product when making ice cream cakes, and trash attitudes when called out for it. I'd recommend all to take your money to Dairy Queen for quality ice cream cakes and customer service. This Coldstone creamery in particular is trash.

COMPLETE RIP OFF AND TERRIBLE QUALITY!!! I BOUGHT A STANDARD TINY CAKE THERES NO PRICES POSTED ON WALLS OR ON PRODUCTS! I FIGURED A BASIC TINY CAKE CANT BE MORE THAT $15! WRONG!!! $$35!!!!!!!!! FOR A BASIC 4 SLICE ICREAM CAKE AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY TASTELESS TRASH! Cake was dry as can be NO FLAVOR like eating CARDBOARD! AND ICE CREAM WAS NO DIFFERENT JUST TASTED LIKE A POUND OF SUGAR!! I WAS BEYOND UPSET AFTER BEING ROBBED $35 FOR THIS 4 SLICE CAKE!! STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE QUALITY NO FLAVOR JUST CHEAP OVERLY PRICED GARBAGE NO QUALITY! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU

Worst customer service ever!!! We will never come back to this location EVER! My daughter wanted this for her bday dessert but the young guy working the door was rude and wouldn’t help us! He was sitting on his phone and refused to help with orders. Cold Stone ice cream is SOOO overpriced yet we were willing to pay the price until this experience. Never again. Owners really need to school their young staff on customer service!

The ice cream is of excellent quality. I was fascinated by the flavors: Chocolate and Birthday Cake.
